The office clips free time tracker lets your employees log work hours on projects. You can also use it to manage expenses time off and send invoices to customers . It 's simple used and available free to unlimited users. I feel like it's a lot you can do with this software to keep you on point with everything in your business or office.

The only thing I dislike you have to be connected at all times to be able to use but other then that everything else is great.

I would most definitely recommend this product to other. Its so much you that do to help with keeping update and being organized. I think it's a wonderful tool for the employees to renter their time and for the employer to keep up with time sheet, ability to track employees leaves, vacations and time off. Allows different category of leaves for people based on their years of services.

Timesheet ban be routed to three levels of approval, notifications are sent when timesheet is approved, rejected or submitted. Its locked after the timesheet are sent for approvals. You're able to get the time sheets approval, keep up with time off and edit checks. Its also have the ability to DCAA Compliance, Integration and you also have mobile access through android or iPhone. It so much you do to improve the way your company or office operates.

I love that you can use it from any place and without much training since it is very intuitive and easy to understand, the administration of our time is essential is these days that everyone is very fast and if you are not on a par with the technology you lose moments that They are unsurpassed to be at the forefront of the demands of your work, your clients and your personal life. It provides great technical support.

I do not like that I have to be connected at all times to be able to use it and may have some shortcuts to make last minute revisions.

It is easy to carry and very intuitive helps you to admonistrar your time to make the most of it, it is not complicated and issues good reports in order to detect faults and improve continuously.

Time control is these days for any project is essential because it translates into costs and without being less they become benefits for our entire community.

Their support is wonderful. Their product has great functionality for the many niches it can fill. It gets more funtionality with each version.

Sometimes it lacks fludity between the many functions.

We don't use the timesheet function, but we have the complete OfficeClip package.

Client database, sales database, bug tracking, calendar, client support tracking, we don't use timesheets and invoicing functions .

Prior to the adoption of Office Clip, we had to manually input our employee's timecards into our accounting system. OfficeClip allowed us to automate that process with a simple plugin and easy-to-use interface, saving us thousands of dollars per year. This, backed by an excellent, responsive support staff make this a great product.

I currently have no issues with OfficeClip, there are additional features I would like to see and the Dev Team is responsive and helping put those together

The Support for the OfficeClip team is remarkable. Always quick and informative. Most of our employees are deployed and this system is adaptable to our needs and can be customized to any company. It is also compatible with our accounting software.

Old timesheets are not automatically deleted.

The support from the developers and staff puts this application above the rest. They will customize to your needs, always willing to assist and make the system better to suit your particular needs.

OfficeClip allows small to med size organizations to easily create a workflow across departments.

I had trouble setting up the tasks and projects at first but that was me just learning the tool.

The tool has improved over time and work as well as any other tool out in the market.

OfficeClip allows us to have a web-based solution throughout the organization and we can manage contacts, customers and employees anywhere and anytime.

I like the ease of use of the software.

I don’t like the time it take to switch from one screen to another.

Practice using for day to day use.

It has made me move quickly from project to project.

This program is very efficient for simplifying a small buisness’ day to day tasks. It is very simple and gets the job done. Very low cost.

A downside is that there are a few minor features that I would like to have, but don’t. I would then tweak them on excel, and then it works great! I wouldn’t expect something like this to have some of those minor, more advanced features.

I would suggest giving it a try, and swing if you “gel” with it. So far, I enjoy using it as it is easy to learn, and simple to use.

It has impacted my work by not having to worry about stuff like this. It’s a basic program, very efficient and I can see everything easily. I don’t like how it can sometimes save to wrong places (although it might be my fault). I also can’t easily copy things, making it a little frustrating.

I like how easy it is to submit timesheets with it.

I don’t particularly dislike anything, but it would be great to submit it from home.

I think it is a great software to use

I found that OfficeSheet could improve its customer service accessibility hours, and the price of the software seems a bit steep compared to competitors.

For me personally, probably the biggest problem turned benefit I have found while I worked with timesheet was its ability to show patterns in our employees, and day to day sales success.
