User interfaces are simple but not much attractive. But any user can understand the procedure of the application.
As a current user of "OfficeClip Contact Manager," I can recommend this for your use.
Work with a team is a collaboration. As a team member and also sometimes as a team leader, I want to deal with my customers, also teammates. In that case, our organization is looking for good CRM and contact management software. After research so many applications, we found this great application. "OfficeClip Contact Manager" is very helpful for contact management, task tracking, time tracking, and so many things.

The interface of the product for the users is excellent, and the overall idea behind the product is what inspires me the most
Along with this, the overall timesheet product provided has helped us a lot to keep track of the activities among the team members
It allowed our teams to communicate and manage seamlessly amongst themselves and keep track of day to day activities
I think the responsiveness can be a little bit better, and the process of the creation of a customer login can be a little less complex from the backend, and the overall experience of the team to fill in the timesheet can be a little bit easier on the frontend part
I would strongly recommend the product to be used by others for various purposes like as a CRM tool for managing team using the timesheet application; it wouldn't disappoint and serves the purpose very well
The problem of teams with different domains to intercommunicate within themselves was solved by using the timesheets sharing facility of the product by exporting them
Easily manage contacts and use it as a CRM tool for official purposes along with the Timesheet application, which has helped our team to manage the tasks being taken up internally seamlessly with the entire log entries of what activity was done when and so on

Office clip is very easy to setup. The ability to revise and customize fields provides great options/ways to setup a CRM system to meet your needs. The support team has been very supportive. Additionally, I have found the online help provides good information and there are a number of YouTube videos.
I would like to have the ability to rename the categories Accounts.
Know your requirements and explore ways within OfficeClip to fulfill those requirements. Our company has added custom fields to contacts that enable us to have a specific way to track our information. An example is we needed to know if someone was retired. We added a custom field ourselves without OfficeClip customizing the application for us. The Retired custom field gives us the ability to track and report on a demographic within our contacts. We are also using campaigns to manage emails during our study groups. The capabilities in campaign include templates that give us the ability to easily send the emails in a newsletter/corporate campaign look and feel.
We were using spreadsheets on a shared drive. Moving to OfficeClip we have a common database that is always displays current information and changes.
Easy to use and very customizable. I have very little knowledge in creating and editing web based programs. OfficeClip makes it very easy to get the look and feel that I want.
More color options would be nice. Very minor issue.

As such, the product evolve very quickly. The OfficeClip team is very responsive and has even added to the functionality based on our requests. This adaptive attitude of the team has made it hard for us to detail any aspect which we dislike.

We need to have a unified contact management, account management and opportunity management solution. OfficeClip scores high in all these aspects.
Ensuring that user rights are set on a centralized role based permission, was critical to ensure the confidentiality of the account handling process.
In addition, the OfficeClip synchronization with the Office calendaring system, has ensured that the sales team can easily schedule their meetings.
Can easily assign activities to any individual contact, then later pull up that contact and see all activities that have been assigned to just that contact. Can set alarms to remind me that a meeting or other activity is coming up.
Sometimes deleting an activity bumps you our of the screen you are on.
I use the Contact Manager. It enables me to know when activities are coming up with any contact I've entered into my list of contacts, plus the the history of activities involving that contact.
