Ideal app for small businesses

PROS: Officebooks is simply designed and easy to use. I can keep my business contacts as well as work orders, purchase orders, and sales orders in one place. I use the app every day to monitor all my current orders.

CONS: The vendor should offer an Android mobile app as I use an Android smartphone. This can help me access the system anytime, anywhere.

OfficeBooks is an affordable and powerful manufacturing management solution that has been optimized for small manufacturing operations. Created in 2010, OfficeBooks is used by over 2000 businesses worldwide. Although it is an inventory management system at its core, the system integrates with multiple parts of a business, including work orders, sales quotes and contact management.

Wish more business would use OfficeBooks would be so much benefits reach from it, and we all could work better n more efficient

The app, it tracks mileage. I use it to and from jobs to keep track of it all.

The reminders, I can't figure out how to shut them off when not using the app.

What do you like best about OfficeBooks?

The thing that I like best is that it is so easy to use and that it is so accessible. With the integration of this application I am able to easily access documentation in the office, at home, or while on business trips.

What do you dislike about OfficeBooks?

I have found nothing about this application that I do not like, I have found it helpful and useful. I would recommend.

What problems is OfficeBooks solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been helpful in creating office spreadsheets and inventory spreadsheets, it also keeps all documentations stored on the cloud so I am able to access it anywhere.

The product is user friendly and very easy to set up.

Sometimes it seems like there are glitches, but usually we just reboot and its great again!

We enter invoices, Pay bills, Inventory, and use the charts. They are all great!
