Customer service is very sketchy. Takes forever to get to talk to someone with questions. The Implementation specialist was terrible. Always saying she would look into things and never getting it done.

Sometimes, it's hard to find what I'm looking for, and sometimes, when you put information in OP, it becomes lost somewhere in the system. I don't get the whole messaging aspect of the software.
