I like showing that we are real people, which enables us to have a personalised approach in a saturated market. Recruiter's tend to have a reputation, and I believe this makes us stand out as we are not only selling an opportunity but also ourselves as our biggest USP.
It is also quick and easy to use, and for generalised videos I like that we can save these to send out as many as we need. This is more convenient for time management, particularly in recruitment, where "time kills deals."
At the moment, there isn't anything that I dislike. My only point would be that when you make a mistake during a recording and want to re-record, it erases the whole video.
If you had a great start at the beginning of the video, but messed up at the end, it would be helpful if you could select time frames of what you want to keep and what you would like to retake.
It is a USP for clients, as having a list of candidates in one place is more convenient for them. It also looks more professional and organised and shows that we are being innovative with our approach and keeping with the 'digital' era.

Unless you're a Mac Daddy like me, getting through to key players in the market is tough sometimes. I can't think of a better tool than Odro in assisting you with this issue.
Also a brilliant ice breaker; once you get someone on the phone the conversation will already feel warmer knowing they've seen you on video.
