2. Market the website to our mail listing (Email Marketing) or to all of our applicants/candidates in our recruitment database (Odoo Recruitment)

3. Schedule emails: once a participant has registered to our events, when the event is about to begin, and a "thank you" email to all candidates who joined us and a summary of the session email to those participants who did not make it.

I am not sure if I am just not that expert yet in operating the Odoo events, or maybe it is just like a loophole when a participant registered to the event, the confirmation email redirects them to go to the Link/Website again where they should sign up for the event.

Having everything integrated into one has been helpful. It has solved miscommunications and is beneficial not having to use many different apps to organize everything.
