Healthy cost-benefit ratio and, after some familiarisation, a valuable tool to support company growth. In other words, everything you need in a flexible business environment. The support is helpful as long as you are able to ask the right and precise questions. I can't understand any of the frustration. Of course, asking vague questions also makes support more difficult. If you are familiar with the system and ask precise questions, the support is excellent and has never let me down. As a tip, the basics can already be solved by chat gpt

Customer Service is amazing.
Any issue is treated immediately and with great care. They even sent me a video of what I needed to do in order to fix my issue.

I recommend attending the Academy and the on-site free training they give.
