PROS: Very easy to use, automates a lot of your daily tasks and the app is so easy for our fieldworkers to understand and use.
CONS: the locations are a little bit hard to setup but we understand why
Is an excellent app and we can access to it through our favorite internet browser from anywhere, anytime and the best of all, even offline, no many apps offer the working offline feature, octopuspro also provides a mobile application which make it a software so much portable, they offer a free trial and also many premium plans who fix for small and big teams as well, the starting price is very ship, so you do not need to pay a big amount of many per month for 1 to 5 users, octopuspro also counts with an integrated payment system, very easy to set up, and the best thing is that we can work with multiple currencies
The process of setup takes a little more longer than what I expected to, there are so many advanced features and that is why it takes so much time to configure it, about the calendar we are very satisfied about it, but we could be better is they could add a drag and drop function to it
I highly recommend this software, billing and management invoices is more easier with this app, their features are really great and advanced, it would help you reduce your costumer management and operational costs, it provides a pretty good service to your clients and they would be happier, I can assure you this can be a very useful tool for your company even if you have and small or big team
We love the way we can track our invoices with octopuspro, we are so much organized about that, the calendar is so great and we can have a full view of our incoming payments and past due payments, we are pretty happy so far it works pretty well for us, managing online payments is so much easier now, they offer different ways of online payments which is great
PROS: Managing a large team of technicians that do different types of services across different cities and locations. Advanced booking forms and custom fields for services with prices set up for to generate accurate quotes easily. The customer portal allows customers to book their services themselves quite easily. Also the app is amazing and so easy for our technicians to use to get notifications about their bookings and update their booking statuses, as well as invoice and charge the client by credit card on the spot. Ability to manage multiple calendars quite easily in one screen.
CONS: We wish there was a drag and drop on the calendar but we understand it's difficult to do as OctopusPro allows for events on the calendar that could have multiple visits and also multiple fieldworkers assigned so a drag and drop feature won't be possible due to the complexity of the functionality the software provides.
