What I like best are the quizzes for product recommendations based on collections and the fact that you can link answers to other tools such as Klaviyo etc. Very useful
What I disliked most was the fact that once you connect Octane AI to Facebook, some Messenger add-ons appeared all over the website, and I couldn't find how to disable that.
I wanted to provide a unique customer experience via a personalized quiz, to be able to match people's face attributes with glasses. Via some questions, I can recommend shape, color and size for frames.
Our company sells hundreds of PPE gloves and eyeware. As a customer, knowing what is best for you isn't always cut and dry. A product quiz really has helped determine wich product is best. The quizzes are well organized on the app.
There are a bit too few options for the price Octane AI commands. While we are seeing success and the app is paying for itself, there are some options we wish existed and there were some more flexibility.
Our customers are able to see which products are best for them. It has increased sales by single digits but the long-term benefits are worth the effort put into this. This is a great way to educate our customers for which product is best for them!
Love the backend control over creative, and the super simple questionnaires / surveys we can create. We've been able to get great feedback about our product and services!
I wish the landing pages / visuals were a tiny bit more dynamic with our website. Obviously it is a different software than our backend, but sometimes the difference in design and aesthetic feels drastic. Maybe there is a premium service with the Octane team so really make the two mesh!
Really just learning insights about our customers. What flavors they prefer, which time of the day do they want a protein or caffeine boost, what type of coffee / shake drinkers they are, all that fun stuff.

Octane makes it SO easy to build a beautiful an engaging quiz that collects useful zero party data on your subscribers. I've seen such a lift in useful data.
I wish the quiz builder had more functionalities around conditionals (similar to Typeform). I think these aren't dealbreakers though.
