The Alert is on the basic side but works.

We can monitor and get the metric between sites. We know when the network go wrong.

It would be nice if there were more integrations with PSA solutions.

This has been a great tool for our organization. Easily deployed and quite accurate with good alerting capabilities.

We would love improved reporting to review statistics averaged or accumulated over time vs. only the raw actual data.

Verify what you need the tool for, what you have available at site for compute to install the appliances on, or if you need to use the hardware solution.
