Sometimes the application is a bit buggy, But overall, the app is great and user-friendly. It would be much better if a free trail was available. Nothing much to dislike about the app.

It helps improve productivity, perform better and saveing a lot of my time because now I don't have to change platforms. It's straightforward to use and makes supply chain planning way too simple.

The best thing about o( solutions is the end to end solution it proovides in the space of planning. o9 takes care of all the steps in the process of planning and literally eliminates the need of legacy excel sheet for any planning and planning analytics requirements.

The downside is that there integrating it with the existing data sources is really difficult. One needs a really excellent system implementor to ensure that all the data is correctly and accurately brought into the o9 systems. If this is not done correctly and the planning outcome would not be correct due to the age old principle of "garbage in, garbage out"

o9 solutions is helping in streamlining the demand planning process in the organization. We now complete the demand planning process faster and with more efficiency and accuracy.

The network part, the EKG which stands for Enterprise Knowledge Graph, and planning shift from week to daily basis.

The thing I personally dislike in it is that the tenant hangs sometimes and it takes some time to troubleshoot it which stops your work for some time.
