1. This application is straightforward to use.

2. Out of Box (OOB) features make it easier to configure and use.

3. We can configure elements as per Client Requirements.

The application has a few bugs, which sometimes increases our configuration effort. Those might will be resolved in later versions.

It helps in managing our Real Estate problems.

They are focused on facility which make is easy to implement.

Nothing much that i don't dislike. They are very simple and intuitive.

This has been a very useful and easily understandable app with great service.

It needs to be a bit more faster other than that it is great.

Track all your assets in one place. Track all your Work Orders and know the status of each of them at a glance.

I can't think of any at this point. we are still in the early phases of the implementation, but so far it's a great product adding value to our Bio-medical team.

Nuvolo is a great application for managing enterprise assets, work orders and maintenance agreements. It has allowed us to centralize all of our enterprise assets in one place.

The only downside is at times we need to rely on Nuvolo for changes to certain features (mobile) instead of being able to do it ourselves.

Nuvolo has a great application that is very well designed focused on state of the industry methods to manage facility and equipment assets. Their integration team is very skilled and helpful as we replace the ageing system.

several fields "oob" that help prompt you to work in the best practice manner. With the matured and relatively robust use cases for several common business needs, Nuvolo is a great turn key solution quickly delivers a mature solution that is a few quick adjustments away from fitting the environment needs while nudging towards to correct direction. All while having the flexibility to add as much complexity as needed.

There are several fields that have no logic pre-built into them. Some of the fields do have some automation and intelligence at the ServiceNow level and with that it is typically assumed that the same intelligence and logic would apply to the fields. The issue is that while these fields look the same, they are completely unique to the Nuvolo solution, absolutely disconnected from the larger ServiceNow solution.

There have been at times some embarrassingly incomplete code that was pushed into the Nuvolo client environments that a code review would have caught.

Nuvolo is a great produce that does accelerate the maturity of an organizations asset tracking on all levels. If the party considering Nuvolo is ready for it, from a ServiceNow maturity point, Nuvolo will provide a very good ROI.

The main value add that Nuvolo has over its piers is that its as if it were an accelerator to what the clients need or want before the knew they needed or wanted that. With the matured (and still maturing) business cases that are turn key, they quickly provide value to anyone in the space.

Explicitly calling out what they do best, they tracking all assets from a clinical, facilities and real estate perspective, with a very general definition on "asset".
