The quick start guide as well as the pre-written column types and validations made it really simple to get started fast.

Our users love the simple Interface and did not even require training to map, validate and import their files.

Import via API would be great. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Nuvo offers a great user experience is and is very powerful to save you a lot of time importing data into your applications! It can be used in self-service mode very easily, but also offers many customizations, with regards to eg. data cleaning and style. In case support is needed anyways, you can count on them!

PD upload would have been a nice plus. But not a huge deal as there are work-arounds and the support team is very supportive to solve your challanges!

We mplemented nuvo's data import solution with just a few lines of code to further improve the import experience of data for our clients of our virtual events software.

Strong tool with a lot of flexibility. With this solution we can nearly cover all use cases and with the correct amount of invested time an advanced and universal self-service importer can be built. The ux is great for the user. The tool can be adjusted/customized in every way from styling to data cleaning. Their support is a huge plus. They also showed us that we can build the importer dynamically, so if the database changes the importer is updated automatically.

The tool can cover low-level to high-level cases. Low-level cases can be solved quite fast but you need to dig into the documentation to solve cases with an advanced complexity. However, all use cases from our side were solvable with nuvo.

We were able to help our customers build a self-service importer with an integrated and automated data cleaning for their often complex use cases. It helps especially for cases with a lot of variance on the input data side.

We had our own system in place which was not working well. The nuvo team and their Library made it really easy to decide to go with them. Implementation time was fast and now we have an internal solution that really works and is scalable for variance data.

There were some smaller things for which we had to contact the support team. But nothing unusual. Some dynamic features will further improve their product.

We're now making it really easy for our internal team to import product-related data as csv and xls. Import, validation and cleaning that previously took us a long time (sometimes even hours) are now done in a couple of minutes.

Imo Nuvo's greatest USP is to clean up data and making it actionable INCLUDING a very easy implementation. Frankly, building such a solution ourselves would have taken us weeks & a decent amount of money as well

As nuvo is just getting started they experience some growth problems which affected us a bit in terms of the bandwidth of customer support they are offering. However, as I talked to their management team, those positions have already been filled and beginning of September 2022 this problem will be resolved

Cleaning up Data and allowing us to derive important actions from the new overviews they offer. As mentioned above, the time invested by us in cooperation with nuvo justifies their standing in the market. Plus, they gained a (most likely) long-term customer with us

- It does its job really good - standardise data and keep it clean

- Amazing support form product team on our requests and wishes

- There are more advanced functions that we'd like to see, but due to the size of the product - it takes time to do them
