Support team and application flexibility. Initially I was pessimistic. From first look and test I though the application will not be able to give my what I wanted. However with the excellent help of the support team I managed to get it to do almost everything I wanted.

Cannot capture sales directly from website. Need Zapier which does not transmit all needed information

I wanted to create confidence among the customers visiting my website by showing real example of reviews and purchases

It shows each website visitor which location previous visitors came from who visited the website

The get each website visitor name and email address I have to put a submit form on the website which can be hard if you are using Wix

I want more of my website visitors to take action on my website. The benefit I realize is whenever someone comes to my website and they notice through nudgify that previous website visitors take action they tend to follow also.
