Manage our capitalization table of direct ownership, provide shareholders with a repository for ownership information, streamline shareholder communication and facilitate our stock offerings & bonus stock issuance. Previously this was managed on spreadsheets, folders on file servers and via email communications.

The team has been very proactive and helpful in implementing everything we wanted in the platform. Our investors have been very impressed with how user friendly the platform is.

Honestly nothing. Very responsive. The one change would be adding a tied in accreditation check which they are working on.

Nth round is our investor portal. All of our documents from marketing pieces to PPM live here and all of our prospects and investors have access. It is also helpful in tracking who has viewed. The subscription process in the portal is also very beneficial for us.

This platform is much more user friendly than Carta, and despite that it lacks the 409a capability (perhaps worth them adding) --so really nothing to dislike.

Nth Round allows us a seamless way to communicate with our LPs and to allow the LPs to see how our investments are performing. It's also an excellent way to share updates from portfolio companies.
