Nrby has been a game-changer for my team! This powerful collaboration tool has revolutionized the way we communicate and coordinate our field operations. The ease of use and intuitive interface make it incredibly user-friendly, allowing our team to quickly adopt and leverage its full potential.
One potential drawback of Nrby could be its pricing structure. Depending on the size and budget of your organization, Nrby's pricing plans may be considered relatively higher compared to other similar collaboration tools in the market. Inefficient communication: Nrby helps solve the problem of fragmented and inefficient communication among field teams. It provides a centralized platform where team members can easily communicate, share information, and collaborate in real-time, reducing the need for phone calls, emails, and other disjointed communication methods.
The simplicity of the App and the ease of use to scale across an enterprise, I previously used Nrby when consulting with a company. The reason we choose Nrby was because we could integrate it quickly with our Salesforce instance. We wanted to be able to track pins back to a particular field service agent. Nrby's API was easy to use and sync with Salesforce every time a pin was dropped and relate it to that agent. As well as syncing information like notes from Salesforce back to Nrby directly under that pin.
Nothing about the app but it takes time to bring users up to speed with anything new, just make sure you have a good adoption plan in place!!
Tiral, their team is very helpful and always there to support you. I don't see how you could be disappointed in the product after giving it a try!
We wanted a seamless experience from the backend to the agents in the field. The backend gave management reporting right in Salesforce and not having to go to another app to report on statistics. It also allowed those who support the field agents to make changes directly in Salesforce and sync back to the Nrby app.
This software has allowed our technicians in the field to be aware of electrical faults, ensuring our technicians are safe and free of electrocution when climbing a pole or doing pole work. The Geo-Fence and warning system that this software provides when approaching the pole work is invaluable. We were not only using this software for safety, were now using it for other technical assistance in the field. Technicians set an alert using this software when climbing. This alert is timed, and if the technician fails to complete the work within the given time, the technician is called, and if no response, a response team is sent to the technician's location to check on them.
This software and setup have exceeded my expectations, along with built-in flexibility that is in the software
The customer service that NRBY provides is TOP of the LINE. NRBY is very open to Software enhancements with in-depth engineering behind each request. NRBY is a company that works very close with there clients
Change is always hard when introducing a new software into the field for technician's to use.

It helps immensely in take better decisions based on Data. Not all business have Paper trails at every point so this helps decision making at every step in the organisation.
In the starting it has very similarities from Competitor but with the introduction of predictive analysis it has moved ahead of its competitors.
We had an issue tracing the activities due to long management of paper trailers. But now things can be updated quickly on the NRBY and we check and we are good to go.
The Nrby team is responsive to feedback, and quick to make changes in response to the feedback they receive. The mobile app is clean, and has a friendly GUI, Uptime is generally not an issue. Being able to visualize events on a map via the "Smart Pins" is extremely useful. It allows us to see things that we may have forgotten to address and respond to those items accordingly. The logo is also very aesthetically pleasing.
The reporting/admin portal is clumsy and difficult to use. Reports are generated in a spreadsheet format, with no options to add graphics. Filters do not always apply to the report when you're trying to narrow down requests. It's difficult to access pictures that have been attached to smart pins.
NRBY is a useful, visual, location based, tracking app that can allow you to accomplish many things across a variety of field service based industries. It can allow you to create work orders, display their location on a map, assign them directly to a tech, and generate reports based on those "Smart Pins"
Nrby helps us track productivity of our techs, and gives us a searchable database for identifying repeat issues.It's also helpful to be able to visualize our problem areas on a map. You develop a broader sense of your company's impact when everything is plotted out on a map. Attaching pictures can allow you to develop a game plan, and gather tools necessary to solve an event before leaving the shop. The software helps us bridge the communication gap between Preventative maintenance, and construction teams, and allows us to implement better accountability procedures.
It helps the organization takes decision based on the data available.The way we communicate and plan our field operations has been completely transformed by a remarkable collaborative tool. It is greatly user-friendly and has an intuitive layout, making it easy for our staff to embrace and use to its maximum potential.
It's quite costly,when compared to the other products available in the market. There are few configurations are required in order to run initially which can be a stretch. Admin portal is harder to navigate.
Nrby gives us a searchable database to find recurring problems and assists us in monitoring the productivity of our technicians. The programme enables us to adopt stronger accountability procedures while bridging the gap in communication between the construction and preventative maintenance teams.They are providing detailed information and statistics about particular regions.

Although it is a perfect and helpful tool, A possible drawback of Nrby is its pricing system. Its pricing should be a bit lower

With their dynamic location intelligence platform we can easily stremline process of capturing location specific information
This will not help non technical person I guess because there are few configuration that will take time and bit harder for them
They are giving very visualize data and information of specific locations
The dashboard is really easy to use. One thing I really love about it is that dashboard that graphics which makes it so much easier to quick visualize the content
There is not alot that I didn't like about Nrby but one thing that they can improve on is that their website. I think they can make it more modern and easy to use
I love the location intelligence of Nrby. You can easy locate everyone on one easy to use dashboard. It took away of manual contacting from my end and made my life easier
