The pricing can be quite expensive for novices and start-ups. It's not a platform to experiment if you're optimizing your costs. They have some budget-friendly packs and you can negotiate a trial period but it'll cost you a pretty penny.

A wide reach of media coverage with every PR distribution is almost guaranteed. We're able to distribute any product-related news in a fast and productive manner. Their editorial team is super fast and we can adjust the release within hours.

The user interface is simple to operate. Customer service is top-notch. This platform's pricing is fair. Additionally, it allows the organization's many departments to analyze and compile pertinent information.

The product has a lot of various components, and I sometimes think that customer service is a little understaffed, so I don't always get their assistance just when I need it.

When uploading an image to the PR, there are limited places to position the image. Would prefer to have more flexibility on this so that it can exactly match the PR that was uploaded.
