How accessible it is to everyone and that during this day in age, you don't have to be face-to-face with someone to get your documents signed and notarized. It is a pretty handy tool!

It is hard to know if a request was sent to a customer or if a customer has signed and notarized their documents. It would be ideal if a notification were sent to the administrator's email to have more visibility.

I love how easy the platform is to navigate. The easy to navigate landing page. It shows all the POA's i have out there. We have only used paper POA's until now.

I dont really have any downsides that I can think of other than i wish there was a way to sort the transactions by document name. That is the only imporvement.

The turn around time for POA's so we can close deals faster. This has allowed us to be more efficient. We can send and have completed POA's more frequently. This has increased the turn around times on deals.

Easy to use, teach, explain and tag docs.

I can't add a remote witness with a business account, which becomes frustrating when our client can't provide their own witness.
