Northpass offers a platform that directly links our expertise and knowledge to customers. The setup was simple, and the support from our account manager, Nergis, was outstanding—constant communication and always helpful as we tailored the user experience. I appreciate how Northpass syncs with Hubspot, consolidating all our information in a single location.

The upside of Northpass (and honestly, one of the reasons we choose them) is that they had the ability for us to look to the future. With Northpass we will be able to include all employees as well as eventually some external partners. Additionally, working with our Customer Success Manager has been very helpful. Our timeline for implementation and launch was not what they normally would have experienced however, she was very patient and understanding with us. She has always been able to provide additional support and answer any questions we might have (even if we asked it multiple times).
The only thing I could say that I disliked about Northpass had to do with its setup/ ability to upload external courses. We ran into a couple of issues where the file formats were not compatible. Had we known this prior to signing the contracts we might have gone with another content provider. Although this was a very large hiccup our team at Northpass helped us edit the file names and upload almost 3000 courses into our Academy.
Northpass offers our employees a valuable resource. We hope to see more managers create learning paths for their departments to help with overall employee growth and of course retention.
What I love most about Northpass is how video is integrated directly into the slide; we could play it there. Unlike with other platforms I tried before, whenever there is a video to play, it pops up another page, and sometimes access is restricted, and it causes a lot of delays. I somehow liked that there is a prerequisite course before I can take another one. This ensures that I have proper knowledge before taking a class.
Everything about the platform is great! My feedback is maybe not for Northpass but for the administrator. I would love it if the data or information were updated. This way, we know what is the latest trend.
It helps us learn on our own but still in a fun interactive way. This is realized by inserting videos within the slides prepared in advance. The trainer does not need to be constantly talking. After each course, we go through more examples and some questions.
I have been using/administrating Northpass for our LMS for over 2 years. I have enjoyed being able to create the modules and continue to expand our knowledge base for our new clients. I appreciate the ease of use and documentation that supports how to get started.
I wish it integrated to Salesforce for free but I know all companies can't make integration easy or free just a wish not a complaint.
Northpass is enabling my customers to use our product. It provides a self-service, at-pace product for my clients to onboard and understand our product. It also helps us enable security across our internal teams. We leverage a couple of courses internally to practice security for our organization.
I like how Northpass keeps us calibrated. This tool helps us provide more excellent knowledge by giving us the best quality tool for training reference within our organization. I also like how creative the creator can be when building the training for our company. Northpass also gives us the time it will take for us to finish one module.
The thing I don't like about Norhpass is its gap and glitch in some modules. There are modules where the audio and video cannot be played; only the creator can access the audio. I also suggest giving us the option within the Northpass itself to zoom the content on the app. As per my experience, I don't have the opportunity to zoom the attached file with the slide; the only zoom option I have is within the computer's zooming option, which makes the page bold all at once.
Northpass helps our organization relay all the necessary details and gives us the most efficient time to train upskilled employees. Northpass is very helpful, especially with the self-thought type of people, as they have time to study the module silently.
Northpass is such a great idea when doing modules and trainings. You were able to monitor your progress and you will be required to finish the entire module before you move on to the next without skipping anything.
I do not have anything to dislike about Northpass as it is a great application in doing trainings and reading modules. Our trainers have the capability to download videos that is a great help with our learning.

The fact that Northpass functions as a learning tool for us concierges is something I appreciate about it. It is easy to use, and you can easily search through all of the topics or issues.

Having implemented a number of learning platforms in the past, it was truly refreshing to work with Northpass, a company and product in relative infancy. This means that they've been able to take a fresh look at how to make online learning simple yet engaging, that they take time to listen to their customers as they build out their roadmap, and they are not bound by archaic and ugly technologies that are difficut to evolve with the times.
With Northpass, I was able to realize the academy that we needed, without comprimise. We were able to look forward to what we wanted to deliver not just over the coming months, but the coming years - and we we able to build that prior to our launch.
Northpass may lack some of the administrative depth of the full-suite HR systems, but all of this is achievable through thier APIs, if you need it. Instead, Northpass allows you to put learning into the hands of those who need it, fast. The simplicity of the platform out of the box is its strength, and it's adaptability is its superpower. The last thing your learners need is to have to learn your platform as well as your content - we've only recieved positive feedback from our learners about the platform. Northpass is intutitive and through the liquid templates allows you to directly edit your pages and your static content.
It;s pricing structure is a breathe of fresh air in an industry designed to cost you more $$ the more successful your programs are. This is fine if you're monetizing education, but it's hard getting executive sponsorship when your response to being quizzed on costs is that you can't give a definitive answer - it's very rare that you ever know exactly how many users or active users you'll end up having.
The implementation team delivered to our specifications, and their support team is responsive and take the time to explain when needed. Our dedicated CSM is awesome - always on hand if we need her, and is an advocates for our needs back into the business.
Keep it up Northpass!
Things can occasionally feel a bit scrappy, but that's expected from a young company. The oproduct lacks a lot of bonus features that other vendors offer, but as the product grows I expect these to be even better from Northpass, who aren't dealing with pushing updates out on an older platform - or worse still, having to aquire them in to make end-user experiences disjointed.
