Iissue with safari extensions…

I had an issue with safari extensions not allowing me to login. Kurt contacted me within a couple minutes, had me do screenshots and found the problem. Kurt told me what to do and had me up and running.

NordAccount upgrade with family plan

I am a current long-term Nord customer with a subscription to all three Nord products. I was looking to upgrade the NordPass component to the family plan. I hit an issue during the process and engaged support. Triss walked me through the process via chat , answered all my questions, and I was able to successfully upgrade.
