I sell my own brand, I am a furniture manufacturer. Since I have a lot of opportunities, I needed to simply clear all the leads. I thought I needed a classic CRM, but it wasn't true. I need to sell and manage the sales process. The only app that meets my requirements is noCRM.io. It has all the functions a trader needs and is very intuitive to work with. In about 3 weeks, I got all the data into noCRM.io and set up the app to my liking. I will think about the highest tariff.
There is basically nothing here that I miss. All features are available in different plans, if you are serious about trading, go straight to the Dream Team plan. Even if you are all alone.

This CRM is super easy to use. Even if you have never used a CRM before. It offers different views to manage those customers which I find great. I recommend it.
I can't follow my call on the CRM. If i use the app and I call with it, it's doesn't work. I wish i can have a history of my (like the time and more).
NoCRM help me to get organized and to follow my client correctly.
It's very simple and easy to use. Saves me lots of time logging sales and marketing activities since I only see what's important to me. Pipeline view is quite nice.
Nothing really for my purposes. Maybe it would feel too lightweight if I needed to do more with it, but where I'm at it's perfect.
Pipeline management.
I have built and used multiple other CRMs, and NoCRM has exactly what we wanted and none of the extra bells and whistles that sound great, but just get in the way of actually collecting lead information and moving them through our sales process.
It would be nice to have more flexibility on the Dashboard and some of the reporting. We have to go through several screens and compile information that seems like it would be pretty standard information to review weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.
On the Contact Cards, it would be nice if the Fields were still flexible like they are, but you could tab through them rather than having to click on each heading to add information.

Other CRMs had us wasting a lot of time entering in unnecessary information, and even information we didn't necessarily have, and NoCRM allows us to easily add, develop, and move a prospect through our sales process. In general, this seems like a simplistic CRM, but it is so much more effective than any of the other "big name" options on the market.

The Dream Team feature, however great, can be costly for a medium-sized team. We want to expand on the CRM and apply it to other areas of our business outside of sales, but this will incur a much larger bill for more users.

What I like best is the ease to enter a spreadsheet that is ready for outreach and the ease to move contacts from one step to the otjer-- i.e. from cold prospect to lead, etc.
To be honest, I can't think of anything I dislike. Maybe if it was lead generation features but had more CRM features but I understand that it not their business priority.
It help solve my problem of organizing contacts into a format that makes it easy to outreach via email or phone.
