I have a problem with the 7 days free trial and the support team helps me go through it. It is a Live Chat which is good for an online service like this. So, I would recommend using it cuz you always have the support to help you when you facing a problem. Thanks a lot!

Only Must Have tool for Outreach

I found NinjaOutreach a must have tool for any professional, either blogger or a marketing team in any company. For me it's easy to use, feature rich and one of my daily using tool. Support team helped me as well to have a smooth onboarding. Love the tool and support team. Woah Experience

What do you like best about Ninjaoutreach?

I rarely leave reviews online but given they just added a new feature to their website based on my feedback I wanted to let everyone know! As part of marketing my brand online I reach out to Instagram influencers and after a wide search I settled on ninjaoutreach for getting their emails. It was cost effective compared to alternatives. The choice did not disappoint, the product is good, the help desk is quick, and as I mentioned they even created new filters when I pointed out some new filters that would be helpful for me.

What do you dislike about Ninjaoutreach?

There is nothing to dislike about the platform. Everything I used in the platform so far looks great.

What problems is Ninjaoutreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Ninjaoutreach to reach Instagram influencers. Ninja outreach help me to save time and find most appropriate Instagram users to my company.

Stellar customer service!

We have been using their services for a few weeks and thought it is only fair to provide feedback. The web system is user friendly and the accuracy of the contact data is superior to some of the alternatives I used in the past. The most impressive part is the customer service: they have been quite accessible from the start, and have been responsive to our requests at every step of the way. Highly recommended.

I really like the easy to use interface. It is intuitive and you can get started with a campaign quickly. It is cost effective vs the competition and the support is pretty quick and helpful

Helpful and reply quickly!

Ninja Outreach have been extremely accommodating and helpful with my needs. Their customer service team are very friendly, and reply really quickly! I'd recommend them to anyone!
