Being able to have not just automated reporting, teaching but clean, ready to present PowerPoint's within minutes.

I would imagine loading every account and template could be tedious but I am fortunate to have that completed prior.

I dont really have a lot of dislikes, the platform is fairly simple to use. A few times I wanted to go back to three months ago and i have to put in the dates I need to populate data for three months ago, but I really dont mind that all too much, pretty easy work around

Sometimes reports will have errors come back at me but most of the time its an error in the back end that is fixible on our end, Buisness performance has increased when using ninja cat. Sometimes it can take a while for our team to get a hold of a representative, so if we had a contact that would be ideal as we do have a few teams I know of at our company that use this service and platform.

It would be nice to have the data pull in near real time.

We had many accounts that we had to review before making any kind of decision. With Ninjacat, we were able to view aggregated data and make quicker decisions on what to focus on.

I can't say that I have any negative feedback about NinjaCat at the moment. Every team member I've talked to has been a tremendous help to me in my role and to our company.

They've helped us tell a full story from start to finish across multiple platforms and products. We've also recently found a potential solution for a long-term problem where we weren't able to bring in any data from our reputation software. This has been an ongoing thing for many years now, but they've been so helpful in finding workarounds. And most recently, we had a very special project in mind where we needed a few custom queries created and mapped into our own system, and it's turned out almost exactly as we wanted it to and more!

I love how it pulls in our data across several different platforms into one cohesive report. This enables my team and me to see the data at a glance and be able to diagnose any campaign issues and/or make recommendations for improvement in a much more efficient way than we had previously.

One of our pain points is that there is no incoming connection for our SEM vendor data, or data from our Social vendor. This has made it so there is some manual work on our end to fully prepare monthly reporting. Also, the platform can be somewhat complicated for some users - there is a lot involved with setting up new campaigns.

We used to have to manually pull data from all our vendors for monthly reporting. Our reporting is something that we put a lot of effort into to set ourselves apart from other digital solution vendors. Using Ninja Cat has enabled us to take on more clients and grow faster without having to add additional staff solely due to report volume.

The ability to pull a branded and pre-designed template has saved our team so much time!

The platform can be slow and sometimes pulling PDFs from the dashboards get stuck.

The entire platform is incredibly user-friendly. We were searching for a tool to aggregate our reporting and provide a better visual narrative about client performance and results. NinjaCat helped provide it. Their onboarding process is incredibly supportive and encouraging, they're always available to answer questions, and their teams are always open to feedback.

I wish the platform had more pre-built reports or templates for presentations.

Additionally, I wish I could change the lines on line graphs to be dotted or some other format and have more freedom with coloration and shapes to provide more customization with larger or more complex data sets.

NinjaCat is imperative for our company and our clients. The call tracking, dashboards, and reporting we utilize makes all of our work come to life. I can't imagine what we would do without NinjaCat.

Id love to see more data source connections available in the future. There are Google Sheet loopholes to get the data we need in there, but they can be a little more glitchy.

The roll up reports and dashboards help our brands, our clients and our internal team look at data quickly and efficiently.

All marketing solutions are bundled into one single tool. Easy, attractive KPIs and graphs, great for presentations and understanding the marketing and the product.

NinjaCat can be overwhelming with many options if you are not a Marketing person. The initial phase, when you want to create an account and have to go through an interview first, is also bothersome.

It helps me understand how a product demand currently is in each different area I want it to be sold, making it easier for me to know how to properly handle its marketing.
