Reflection after 6+ years of use: Nimble was easy to learn, use, and customize for my purposes. Though I'm not in sales (in a non-profit) I do need to keep track of my contacts, and Nimble's customer service helped me adapt it accordingly. Excellent search functionality, and the Group Message feature is the best. The 'tag' feature is brilliant and I use it all the time. Great app! Customer support is ready to help!
Since I"m not in sales, some of the prominent features are not relevant to me, i.e. 'lead' info. Many times the contact's picture does not automatically get applied to the person. The in-browser widget is often buggy, and regularly does not attach the contact's picture to the contact even when there clearly is a profile pic on LinkedIn, FaceBook etc...
I shopped around a good bit before selecting Nimble, this CRM is at the very least worth a try before deciding on another CRM!
Easily keeping track of many hundreds of contacts across multiple states, along with their companies. The seemless connection with Microsoft Outlook is the best!
It helps me keep my business contact records organized and available for contact tracking and communication.
It takes a little while to learn/discover the best approach for organizing your business in a customized way according to your own workflows.
It is THE one single place I use for organizing business relationships and tracking communication, action items, and setting up customized reminders. When I draft email messages, it auto-populates contact/business information and pulls it in for historcal documentation. You can choose whether or not to add it to the contact record.
Ability to bring together different Social feeds so i can research people before meetings. Also love the ability to not have to type anything into Nimble, the Chrome plugin allows me to pull the data in, which saves so much time and supports all the team using the CRM. ..... Not sure if i should say this, but Nimble have been brilliant at taking our requirements and building them into thier standard product.
Not all the contacts are in Nimble, but that will come with time.
it is a Social CRM
Researching people before meetings. Having an accurate forecast in the business.
I love all the integrations and the ability to have a complete picture of my contacts all in one place. I have also used the template email function quite often as I do send similar emails over and over again over time.
Sometimes it loads slow in my gmail and that is frustrating.
I can keep track of who I've reached out to about what. That is crucial for me when running several different events.
Being able to access the full range of customer contact details remains only slightly important, because we can switch between the different ways in which we can communicate with them once we've got information from more than two. To illustrate, in the case where we have a consumer's social media account, it is not necessary to use their email. It is simple to determine the different fields of interest that each customer has, because depending on the operations they perform within the site or the research we do based on the system, we can preserve customer activity data in order to exploit them in certain parts of the sales campaign we have. It is easy to get the data for each customer once the verification operations have been resolved, for example: if it is a joint venture company, the verification operations may be as complicated as the group of associates in the company requires. In this way, we ensure that it is feasible to enter and examine the most frequent purchases and those that attract the most interest.
The $15 per month for only 1 worker that we assimilated to work in the marketing area of the app, this ultimately ends up being a very large sum in consideration of the number of employees we have on board for that area alone. Because it was not able to link the Nimble platform with Microsoft Office 365 services, we don't have the ability to store critical customer data if we only have it within one program in the suite, such as Microsoft Excel, from which we can't decouple our spreadsheets within Nimble. The complication of working in conjunction with certain services offered by Microsoft can become one of the most important weaknesses of the platform: Because of the constant integration issues, it is difficult to send emails from the Microsoft Outlook 13 platform, and depending on which version of Microsoft office 365 you have, it is complicated to import documents.
Due to the quality of its integration with influencer marketing platforms such as Hootsuite, it is feasible to run certain social media marketing campaigns from there, so that they are then finished automatically, and retain the way Nimble is marketed. Because Nimble has the ability to aggregate a total number of three thousand people to work with, it is advantageous for marketing because, using only one previous database, it is possible to plan and execute large marketing campaigns. Because Nimble also has its own calendar, which can be viewed from the app's front-end, it is useful for planning events and milestones that require more attention from marketers.
User friendly design, and the toolbar extension makes find and adding contacts super easy.
I am looking forward to the integration wtih gmail that allows you to schedule emails to be sent on Nimble directly.
Keeping track and reaching out to potential customers.
Very easy to use and integrate and add contacts too
the interface can be annoying to look at sometimes
Helps generate sales leads
Everything around Contact management: action menu, stay in touch, linkedin enrichement
Workflow easy and powerfull
Notification of opened emails,
Reporting is very bad as it is always a question of custom reports....
or a segmentation by "needs" could be ok, example :
Sales rep dynamisme :
number of contacts
number of new opportunity
Market insight:
highlight of best product performance
....
My opinion is that contacts are the center of everything, for me Nimble is a contact management platform
Nimble is very flexible and allows me to do direct sales as well as channel. The system allows you to deploy in a way that supports your selling cycle and enhances the success rate by bundling features that are normally extra cost in other systems. This system is easy to deploy, works with other integrated systems, and has become my daily "main" system to keep me on tract and profitable.
When I encounter something I think I dont like, Nimble support helps with a workaround so I cannot think of anything negative.
I work in both direct sales and as a consultant in the channel. This system allows me to work in both because of it's flexibility and ease of implementation. In my opinion, most "big Name" CRM's in the market have been painstakenly implemented by teams of operations and accounting people with instructions to provide reporting to management. This can really limit adoption by the sales org. In my opinion, Nimble is designed to help sales first by providing an environment that allows you to adapt to the sales cycle as well as enhancing the sales person's ability to stay on top of deliverables without becoming a data entry clerk.

I really like Nimble's focus on social networks as the main method of tracking the people who matter. It helps you interact with people where they are, on the social networks that they use. It's much easier to be everywhere at the same time.
Getting all the data into the system is so labor intensive. There are little things they could do to help you streamline that. The recent integration with Google Contacts was a HUGE step forward in that direction.
Able to stay in touch with a vast group of people in my field.
