As a NimbleAMS client, we have the built-in power of Salesforce person accounts to better manage individuals and related company records. Looking forward, we’re excited to explore Salesforce Customer 360 Data Manager to deliver connected experiences for our members across multiple channels.
As an organization, we’ve also been able to work with NimbleAMS to educate our staff on the power of real-time reporting and the visual appeal of dashboards to quickly identify key performance indicators. The effectiveness of an analytics dashboard is tied directly to how easily staff can implement and maintain the Cloud-based reporting.

Eagerly await new product releases throughout the year which follow similar Salesforce rollouts. There are typically three seasonal releases each year, and each comes with an in-depth overview prior to the release as well hands-on training offered at their annual conference. Would love to see some Salesforce Trailheads in the future too!

One of our biggest challenges was system upgrades. Although necessary, upgrades also resulted in breaks in database structures, internal processes, and increased spending just to restore functionality. As a NimbleAMS customer, we receive continuous upgrades and support – at no additional maintenance costs.
Although we transitioned from IMiS to NimbleAMS in 2014, the product’s biggest strength has turned out to be the ease with which we were able to seamlessly transition our association management staff to a distributed workforce model during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nimble AMS is Cloud-based, flexible, secure and always up to date. We have been using NimbleAMS for over three years and it continues to pay dividends. The staff has detailed membership information on one screen and no longer must drill down endlessly, saving time and increasing productivity. Our Executives have dashboards and reports fine-tuned to their needs. The system is always up-to-date, and the updates are painless.
We are non-profit but classified as a 501 c6 there are discounts that are not available to us thus the cost is the only issue I have with the software.
For customers to be truly successful, a software solution needs to be backed by excellent customer service. People who really understand the needs of an Association and are invested in your success. The folks at Community Brands feel as if they are on your team and are great partners to collaborate with. They have infused excellent customer service into their culture. They are not a ‘product’ company but a customer success company.
An Association Management System is the software bedrock on which all operational systems rely. You don’t want to get that wrong. With NimbleAMS you won’t.
We have made great improvements in surfacing the right data for the right people. Nimble AMS has proven to be extensible via the salesforce app exchange and integrable via NimbleAMS' baked in services.
After years of working with a very outdated AMS, we were ready for a new product. The entire experience from demo to implementation of NimbleAMS was amazing and the Nimble team made it painless for us.
We have been live on NimbleAMS for over a year and our team is loving it. NimbleAMS has allowed us to be more efficient as a company and we are now working more consistently across all areas of our organization. It has been a great addition to our way of doing business.

We have seen the engagement level of members and prospects has increased by using NimbleAMS and we have also seen the engagement of staff grow as well. The knowledge we have gained about our member needs is allowing us to better serve our membership.
While the product itself is great, the support and assistance I get from the staff at NimbleAMS is the biggest plus. They never try to upsell me, they see themselves as partners with us in solving problems. I trust their recommendations implicitly, and never feel like they see me as just a client and means of revenue.
Compared to my experience with previous AMS systems, there is very little to dislike about NimbleAMS. Obsessionally, we've had some support cases drag on, but that's as much our fault as it is theirs.
NimbleAMS has allowed us to better serve our members in a wide variety of ways. Additionally, our previous AMS allowed everyone to self select their member type, which led to people selecting the least expensive option, instead of the proper one. Switching to NimbleAMS allowed us to ensure members joined as the right type, increasing our revenue. It's eliminated a lot of manual work on the part of our staff, and allowed us to ensure consistency in our processes.

Nimble AMS is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. We launched a couple of months ago and we are continually discovering how powerful Nimble is. The online training resources are great and I highly recommend administrators dig into the courses available on Trailhead.
We have had one of their trainers come in and conduct in-person training which was helpful in getting all of the staff to buy-in to the new system.
There are some limitations that we have run into in regards to reporting and events but we have been able to find workarounds for the time being. The good news is that Salesforce & Nimble are continually improving the platform with updates (all included at no additional charge).
Ask a lot of questions. Make sure that your key processes will be supported by Nimble. Clean data is key when implementing Nimble. When you go live, I highly recommend having a Nimble AMS staff member live in your office. We had someone in-house for two days and he helped us troubleshoot.
So much! We have streamlined the way we invoice members, administer credits for events, among many other things. We have found countless efficiencies and I'm sure we will discover more in the months to come.
The dashboard functionality alone will revolutionize how we view and share data within our organization. There are also many free tools in the Salesforce AppExchange that we hope to implement. The possibilities are seemingly endless!
Our user experience has also improved with Nimble.
Having Nimble AMS built on top of the power of Salesforce means it stays on pace with the newest technology advances. I've also really enjoyed going through Salesforce Trailhead training to get up to speed on how to use our new system. Additionally, the ease of configuration (without always needing a developer or to write code) makes it possible to finally say "yes" much more often to my coworkers when they ask for changes.Then finally, the API and integration capabilities make it much easier to connect our system to third party tools.
There's some limitations to the reporting tool in that you can't directly join sibling objects (i.e. objects that share the same parent object) together. I've found work arounds that work fine, but it was a bit of a shock when I went to write one of my first reports (individuals connected to orgs who were sponsoring our conference) and found that it was impossible without a workaround.
It's super powerful and configurable. That said, the closer to baseline you can stay, the easier and cheaper your implementation will be, and you can always add new configurations later once you're up to speed on the system.
We manage memberships, events, registrations, committees, sponsorships, exhibitors, donations, and a large online community using Nimble AMS, and while we're still learning the system, just 2 months post launch we're already seeing great adoption of the new system from both internal staff and the community.
Dashboard - it is very helpful to have a membership report and other membership data available as soon as you long on to Nimble.
I don't like having duplicate records import process and matching dup's could be better
