There are some features that I liked about nickelled such as taking backup of created guides in HTML and PDF. It let's you save your content to prevent losses. Another such feature is creating guides using screenshots. Only few walkthrough tools lets you create guides and demos using screenshots.

Things I disliked about storylane:

1. Limited Features: Compared to other tools, Nicklled has very less features. Some key features are missing such as limited options for customizing buttons and dialogues, NO CTA(Call to Action) Feature, limited fonts, no option to add audio/voiceover.

2. Worst Customer Support: The customer Support is very poor and it takes more than a week to solve a minor issues.

3. Full of bugs and diffcult to use: You cannot create even a single guide without reloading multiple times due to runtime errors.

4. No Extention: Previously there was a browser extention but the extension is not working currenltly and the support team informed that we have depricated this feature.

We were using Nickelled to create onboarding tour guides that helps in Faster user onboarding and knowledge transfer to our internal teams as well as customers. Initially, the tool was working perfectly and helped us a lot in quick onboarding. We used to create guides and share it with new users to enhance their knowledge about the key features of our product but since last year, we are facing multiple bugs and the customer support does not help us at the right time.
