I am a disabled entrepreneur who bought 10 Niceboard LTDs on Appsumo and upgraded them, which cost me $4000 US. My partner and I spend around $25K between the cost of purchasing these LTD, paying additional fees to upgrade, customize, and hire employees to manage them.

A few days ago, my partner informed Oliver about a bug. Oliver replied to him by threatening to block her account because one of the developers working on customizing our websites created an agency to help other Niceboard website owners customize their website.

My partner, who was a friend of the developer, supported him and let him use her reference as a happy client. It was not wrong until I and I decided to stop working with that developer and terminate our relationship.

But when Olivier replied to my partner about the fact that our website is using his brand name, my partner informed him that we no longer maintain a relationship with the owner of that project, and we did not know the website he created to offer the customization service was still active; however, my partner promises him that we will try our best to resolve that matter.

But, to our big surprise, Olivier menaces us to block our account because of that, as an illegal reason, of course.

We reply and ask him to take anything irresponsible as the platform hosts the data of +5000 users and more than 3000 employers who sign up for trial. So we got around 8000 users who cost us 9 months to build and a thousand in marketing efforts

Today, he decided to block and delete all accounts and data, without any refund, access, or the possibility of restoring data.

My partner and I spent all our resources to build that brand that only that month reached 2000 visitors per day organically, and we were hoping to be able to get our money invested back later that year. We also have around 8 full-time employees, primarily virtual assistants and other contractors who rely on us to pay them.

We also have paid customers who will suddenly lose all the applicant's data and access without any prior notice.

We want to get the community's help to firstly get the data of the customer and database back as they are our property.

1. Get a full refund from Appsumo and Niceboard of our $4000 spent for purchasing these LTDs.

2. Inform the community about the abuse behavior of Olivier Breton, who firstly disrespects us as clients, causes loss and damageable reputation loss.

3. Get the help of some developers who can help us build our own platform in a brief delay.

As a 63 years old disabled business owner, I feel my morality attacked as my partner and I spend all of our resources and sometimes sacrifice our bills to run those activities that Olivier abusively destroys today.
