I disliked the thing on this software was that it was a little bit lagging or hanging and thats what I don't like about this product but this product Is actually good for the beginners .

As this software provide number of services and facilities based on the paid services only, so company needs to provide some of free trials purpose use of software to check the compatibility and other features of software. Also company needs to provide sort of expert sessions to use different unknown new or hidden features of software.

As For survey and data collection methods i can recommand this software to organization as well as individuals to make the survey method more interesting and exciting by new and advanced features of this software.

It has many question types which can mesure customer satisfaction.
