Long time Nexus user and recently implemented Nexus at my current company. With Nexus we get better integration into our accounting system and improved customer support.
There is no downside to using Nexus. Setup was simple and the implementation consultant was great.
We now have better integreation into our accounting system with Nexus that will allow us to track and report on construction projects more efficiently.
Use of worflows makes tracking and processing invoices seamless and easy. With the ability to create workflows by GL code, by person or by entity among others there has not been any requests by managment that we have not been able to accommodate. Although I don't have to contact them often, their customer support team is always knowledgable and quick to respond. Happy Customer for almost 10 years now!!
I would like more types of email reminders but this is a small issue. Great product!
We needed an electronic solution for processing payables that seamlessly connects to our accounting software, MRI and Nexus does that very well.
Professional and knowledgeable sales, support, and business reps. They are responsive to requests whether we are asking them to research an issue, provide further education, or add new features. Our ability to easily create custom, scheduled reports and the reliability of their network is another positive. The integration with MRI was easy and had no issues.
Would like to be able to add fields to the search capability.
Eliminate scanning of invoices, coding them by hand, getting approval and knowing who has the invoice.
A significant number of our vendors enter their invoices into the Nexus Vendor Portal eliminating paper invoices delivered through the mail.

Nexus is user-friendly. Nexus provides multiple electronic payment options. Nexus has a great customer support team, and are very helpful.
I honestly do not have an answer to this question. I have not come across anything that I truly 100% dislike about using NexusPayables.
TIME: NexusPayments has given time back to me, my team, and my department. We’re able to be more efficient and more effective in our daily, weekly, and monthly duties. And it has given us time to reevaluate how we do other things in our department and be able to take on more duties and be able to do them better.

I am tasked with entering lots of reimbursement information, and Nexus makes it easy to show the Finance team where the money was spent, and who spent it. I also like that I can upload receipts easily.
I dislike that sometimes searching is not as user-friendly as I would like; it takes me some time to find old transactions.
We use nexus to ensure folks in the agency who have agency credit cards are able to be reimbursed properly. We also keep track of budget information using this.

Would like the ability for Vendors to be able to select by invoice as to whether they want a VCard, ACH or Check.
