Our coworking company has been using Nexudus since August 2019. What impresses me the most about Nexudus is its seamless integration with a wide range of software we use, making our workflow incredibly efficient. Additionally, their constant updates demonstrate their commitment to continual improvement. Not to mention, their customer service and support are exceptional, always there to help us when needed. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience working with Nexudus!

The best "feature" of Nexudus is the Nexudus team itself. As we have rolled out and continued to customize Nexudus, I have had the pleasure to get to interact with Monika, Adrian and many others. I have been constantly impressed with how responsive and helpful everyone has been. I know that businesses try make every customer feel like the are the only one and I have to say Nexudus excels at that. While we have been very happy with the native features, we have been very impressed by the variety of integrations. We integrated the accounting portion with Xero (and Hubdoc) as well as the payment gateway with Stripe, this really cuts down on double entry and ensures accuracy. We have also integrated the Brivo access control system and managed RADIUS server via Iron Wi-Fi to allow instant access to customers as soon as they purchase a day pass or monthly membership. It also helps us know who is in the space at any given time and saves us from having to revoke access when a pass or membership expires. The Zoom integration made it super easy to transition from in-person to virtual events during the pandemic and it is definitely something we will use going forward as well. The HelloSign integration has made the signing of electronic agreements super easy. And lastly, we just rolled out the PaperCut integration, which like everything else is seamless, and allows secure printing and scanning.
There is little downside to Nexudus, but it did take us a while to fully customize. Even though Nexudus works great "out of the box", this really just shows how much customization is available. As our coworking space has evolved, so has our use of the platform.
Nexudus is an invaluable partner to the growth of HRKNSScowork. First of all, it feels like the Nexudus team really wants us to succeed. I cannot thank the team at Nexudus enough for their patience as our opening has resulted in a bit of a slow burn as it was hampered by the pandemic. Additionally, as we needed to adapt during the pandemic, Nexudus was one step ahead of us providing the resources for us to make that a reality. In short, the Nexudus team has made our small team feel supported by a larger entity even though we are an independent operation.
Prior to launching HRKNSScowork, we were familiar with property management solutions as we have one to manage our 40+ commercial office tenants and another to manage our 38 hotel rooms. In growing our tech stack, we learned the value of property management solutions that integrate with other best-in-class and modern software platforms. As such, we stayed away from solutions that had a closed ecosystem. Furthermore, we wanted to find a solution with a great user experience, for both management and customers. And lastly, we valued a solution that packaged the essential elements together so we could hit the ground running.
It is fully featured and we experience since 2014 a perfect support and an ongoing development of new features and functionality.
Perfect enhancements in 2020 to help master the Corona crisis. It helped us actually to further grow our business in this year again.
There is actually nothing which I dislike.
Nevertheless I am curious to learn about the ongoing enhancements and I am always hungry for more.
Nexudus provides in my view a perfect platform to setup and manage coworking offerings. I does take care about all the internal and organisational stuff and offers at the same time amazing community services for your customers.
I am using it now since 2014. Nexudus has never stopped since then listening to new ideas, but also implementing new features and functions which helped me to enhance our offer to our customers.
Since 2021 we use also the Nexudus Community Edition and started offering with LocalCommunity4You a new local community service always supported by a local community manager.
But is not only the product. Also the people behind Nexudus are always responsive and helpful. I my experience the best support I have seen in my business life.

It's a flexible SaaS product with mature functionality and a comprehensive API. This means I can easily adapt it and integrate third-party/in-house apps.
Customer payments are invoice-based; I'd prefer to use an e-commerce style, so customers can instantly purchase and pay for goods and services.
My Coworking business is a small startup. The site isn't always staffed, so my customers need a self-service environment. Nexudus makes this possible because it can check customers in automatically, and I have been able to integrate it with my door access system and POS.

the customer service team has always produced resolutions to my issues quickly, not wasting time they jump right in and fix what's needed.
The UI of the backend is very easy to navigate and understand.
Multiple options of integration partners for every aspect I need. The variety really gave me options to shop around to meet my needs. Most of them were very easy to connect as well.
the FE side of Nexudus (spaces) needs some customer ease optimizing, it's difficult for my customers to understand how to book time, and checkout when booking for multiple days.
I've had quite a few issues of display on the FE due to configuration issues that I didn't see notes for in their Knowledge Base (however, I built out my config myself instead of asking Nexudus support).

Nexudus is a good system that covers all our must-haves and almost all nice-to-have needs. Since we started in 2016, Nexudus has provided continuous functional and appearance updates that have been in line with our operational requirements. Along with integrations for printing, finance, and access systems, we believe we have a very well-functioning solution.
It is a feature-rich system and, therefore, quite complex. It is important to conduct a thorough preliminary study to establish a solid structure in the system right from day one. If you only want to book a room, this is not the system for you.
Together with the other systems we have implemented, Nexudus gives us an easy everyday life with full control over members, bookings, events, etc.

Nexudus is simply easy to use- anyone can learn in such a short amount of time, which is great! It is so effortless to navigate, and it makes running a coworking space even better! Nexudus is solving literally everything about the coworking space in which I manage. It helps prevent overlapping bookings. It allows me to book customers, view my calendars, and keep up with what customers need/desire with the CRM. It makes my job so much more effortless.
