This cloud-based platform helps staffing companies to grow, and the best feature they have is this user-friendly app, which everyone can use. I like how smooth it is.
The dislike is that it cost bit high from where everyone can not afford this, so yes, they should make it relatively cheap, and they have a minimal source to communicate with the leads and clients.
It is very user-friendly, so yes, we don't need to give hours to get understand this product, and everyone can understand very quickly, and this is the thing which is very beneficial for us.
The very best feature of this product is its user interface. Such an easy-to-use application, even for the first time to set up everything. One can find everything right from employee management to processing payments.
Everything is perfect except their pricing, which seems a little high.
I run a small agency with a group of Marketing freelancers occasionally. This product seems to be a lifesaver for me to manage all the temporary staff.
What I love about NextCrew is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for both administrators and employees to use. The software is highly customizable, allowing you to set up schedules, notifications, and reporting tailored to your business needs. Additionally, the mobile app is fantastic, enabling employees to manage their schedules and check-in/out with ease.
There was not a thing I dislike about this.

NextCrew continually upgrades the system’s processes and features. They listen to each client’s specific needs and provide new features available to handle those needs. They also have tech support that responds quickly to handle any issues. The crew member app is wonderful! Our staff love using it and enjoy having more information at their fingertips.
The sales/lead process has room to grow. Currently there are limited capabilities to communicate information with leads and clients that does not involve copying and pasting. I know that NextCrew has plans to develop this.

You will not only have an excellent system, but a partnership with NextCrew to continually improve your processes. They care about each client and their individual processes and work to develop your system with you. After being with Salesforce for over 4 years, we switched to NextCrew and never regretted it.
Our communication with our crew/staff has improved greatly. Our processes have become easier and faster with fewer steps.
My staffing agency has been using NextCrew from the start in 2018. Their platform, service, and details are top notch. From staffing profiles, to invoicing clients, the site IS an integral part of my business, not to mention the App they provide to staff. Next Crew service gives me every detail of my company at a few clicks, and it's intuition and depth of data are second to none. Customer service and training is fantastic.
Every workflow is different, and their defaults needed, however every business runs differently. For any step I need that isn't set, they work with the in house developers to remedy, adjusting to my workflow.
I'd look closely and the depth of other 'staffing programs' before choosing them. Kronos is clunkly, staff mate or others don't fully integrate data past staffing
The ease of booking event staff, invoicing, tracking hours, payroll, and general data, have given me have more time to focus on my company's development, recruiting great staff and clients.
I like that it keeps track of your business needs, payments, hours, schedules and it's pretty simple to use.
Sometimes it freezes and this is annoying when you need to submit forms to get paid
No need for other app . Next crew will meet all your needs and the dashboard is nicer
The problems that this app solves are its benefits actually. So the benefit is that it keeps track of all the detailed information you need to start and complete a work assignment. There is also no need for printing or track in a journal etc. With this app everything is kept for you in one place.
This system is very comprehensive and works perfectly to find employees in two simple steps. Some of our customers request staff using form which integrates into NextCrew or we enter the job order. I recently had a client requesting 40 employees and it was filled in 1 day. Before implementing this system we had to make phone calls to each employee and efficiency was very low. This system frees up our time to focus on other things.
Reports NextCrew provides also very valuable as we can search for employees around the area of the client and send offers to those employees.
Additionally, payroll is as easy as uploading the report from NextCrew to Quickbooks.
Lastly, whenever you need help they are always available for you. I think this makes a huge impact.
Every system has it's flows. Some of the things they provide did not exactly meet our needs but they have done a great job customizing the system.
NextCrew makes our operations efficient. Before the system was implemented we had to call the employees to fill an order. Now employees check their app and apply to the open jobs. There is no more telephone traffic. We also dont need to repeat the information they need one by one. You just type all the information into the app and you are done.
it provides complete staff management solution which covers all the important areas. and dividing roles for different user is flowless and easy to configure.
the cost is bit high and it lacks few of the useful featues like repots and analysis details.

This is one of the best software in booking staffing Industry . I just completed its implementation in my company and really enjoyed the features as well as excellent support team.
Integration of NextCrew with Quickbooks is saving a lot of our time for invoices. Also in staff payroll , integration with RBC bank saved 10 hours in a month as payment to staff can be processed within 5 minutes.
Another good feature is that our client can directly post an event in advance which not only saves time but also help us to manage things effectively.
Staff ranking based on their skills and expertise is awesome tool to book good staff at priority
Like other staffing or booking software, it's not the ownership rather we pay monthly fee. Any upgradation involves high cost so needs to compare cost benefit analysis because at the end it's not our ownership.
Time sheet management system needs improvement as right now multiple time sheets can be created with overlapping time which is not a good feature.
There are no controls or authority levels so anyone can change any information.
Please get trial run first and see what changes do you need in advance and compare cost of changes with benefit to be achieved.
It's a good system but with some modifications which vary from business to business
NextCrew is saving a lot of our time in following areas.
- Staff can log in and out from their smart phone using NextCrew application.
- Integration with Quickbooks made the invoices process very smooth and efficient
- Job notifications to staff are sent directly through NextCrew
- Payroll process is quick with integration to bank

It's very flexible programme for new comers. We're able to configurate whatever we like to connect with a person and programme provides mobile candidate experiences
Full digitalisation inside programme sometimes giving error message when we try to connect from mobile. I believe developpers will manage this bug to avoid any access problems.
When we need new employee, programme was giving chance to us to find all candidates . We can easily say more sourcing with less labors.Good alerts, warning messages to team members linked to their communication choice.
