What do you like best about NextAgency?
NextAgency is a comprehensive CRM system that helps me stay organized and prepared. Having this all inclusive system allows me to maintain complete and readily available client and agent information. I recommend this for individual agents as well as agencies that have multiple agents. Individual agents are in need of the amazing customer support that NA provides. The system and the customer support representatives make easily adaptable to my specific needs.
What do you dislike about NextAgency?
There truly are no 'dislikes.' Whenever I have had any issues or needs they have been responsive and helpful and never let me down.
What problems is NextAgency solving and how is that benefiting you?
NextAgency allows me one location to keep all of my agency and client information from all lines of business that I sell.

Perfect Agency Management
What do you like best about NextAgency?
The features to manage our agency are all there! We are transitioning from paper, file storage and another system - so excited to have all the information in one place and integrated with our benadmin system. This is our daily go to for client service and support, client management and planning. It's easy and powerful!
What do you dislike about NextAgency?
It's so powerful, we have only tapped a small percentage of available resources.
What problems is NextAgency solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one issue we are we benefiting from is having all client information in one place and being able to collaborate and share in a 100% remote enviroment.

Great CRM and business management tools
What do you like best about NextAgency?
Easy to use. Customer service is great. I always get a response quickly. I love that there are no contracts and the price is more than reasonable. I use Next Agency daily.
What do you dislike about NextAgency?
I wish the tasks reminders would show up on my phone. Remembering to assign tags
What problems is NextAgency solving and how is that benefiting you?
i would not be able to serivce my clients and keep my leads organized without it. It is a cruicial part of my business.

Great features for my agency
What do you like best about NextAgency?
I appreciate that most everything I need is included. I especially appreciate that I can list policy details making things easier during open enrollment. I also feel that their service is top notch.
What do you dislike about NextAgency?
I do wish things were easier to see on a smaller screen, such as my MS Surface.

Makes work way easier
What do you like best about NextAgency?
Its very easy to use! Everything is lined out in front of you in a way thats very comprehensive. The program also has lots of resourses to help you along the way. Customer Support is also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about NextAgency?
Updates are a bit off. Some availabilities are inacurate to what is actually listed.
What problems is NextAgency solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer am having to scower the internet for information. Its all listed where and how I need it.

Great customer service! Representatives are responsive in a timely manner. They listen to comments in enhancing the program. Assistance via Youtube are great help me.

It allows us to better fit our business and client needs You need this CMR if you're still using Excel
What do you like best about NextAgency?
Their customer service is top notch!! The platform has limitations but anytime we need help doing a complication task they are helpful with quick replies and video how to's customized to our needs and not a generic video. They also take feedback for improvement seriously! It's awesome to have a CMR that can run custom reports, create check lists, tasks, track appointment notes, policy status, and so much more! Once we got our data transferreed from Excel to Next Agengy it was so easy to use! We use this CMR every day.
What do you dislike about NextAgency?
I wish there was a bit more customization to fit your specific insurance lines. We work with Individual Health and Life so some features that work for group or commerical just dont work for us. We have folks who go by different names but we cant search by that info. The auto update for policies isnt as good as it could be. If something goes effective 1/1 it would be cool if it would auto change status from pending to active.

More customization!

NextAgency has allowed me to serve my clients from anywhere
What do you like best about NextAgency?
NextAgency is easy to use and is user freindly. Using the program has allowed us to have access to the information for our clients anywhere. When we have had questions or problems that have come up customer support is quick to respond. The program is intuitive which also makes it easy for new hires use the system. I use this program daily. Tracking the work that I have done with my clients in one location has allowed me to serve my clients more effectively.
What do you dislike about NextAgency?
It is a struggle to not be able to move a file from folder to folder. Having to go and re-upload is an extra task.
What problems is NextAgency solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agency recently moved to an electronic system. We are excited that using NextAgency allows us to go paperless. As an agent in the field I have access to all the information I need at a touch of a button.

Great Company to Work With
What do you like best about NextAgency?
Customer Service is fantastic and will work with you to make sure your experience with the system is a positive one. It is fairly customizable which has been helpful in utilizing the tools to fit our company's organizational needs and quite user friendly.
What do you dislike about NextAgency?
Not every system tab is able to be customized at this point in time. We also some issue with the NextMail sync.
What problems is NextAgency solving and how is that benefiting you?
NextAgency has been helpful in getting our company data online and organized. We did not have a system like it before and they have worked with us to make sure our experience was, and is, a positive one.
