I love how easy it is to submit an expense and have my manager approve them.

Sometimes importing pdf's can be a little annoying. I wish the importing of receipts was a bit more user friendly.

It helps to code all the time sheets and helps the organization at the same time it also helps the employee reimbursement process and makes it easier to track.

At times while directly adding the details from Credit card website using SFTP setup it lags a lot and while adding the employee expense details it shows many errors at times.

It helps the employees of an organization to manage their timesheets and code their time without the help of biometrics and on the other hand the employees can submit their expenses and get it reimbursed from the company. Even credit card transactions can also be easily tracked.

I didn't face any difficulty yet in nexonia

It reduces my Manual AP work, also I can track my work time and productivity

The syncing purpose happens once in a day , it is helpful if it happens twice or thrice a day .

it helps to have records on Credit card expenses and Travel expense of the employees and also beneficial in syncing with Intacct and BILL

It's an Awesome application, easy to access. We can view all the details on the face of the screen. We have several reporting options. its easy to access and awesome features

Sometimes sync errors occur due to missing information

It will solve the problem of coding details manually, we can upload transactions which will save time in updating all details. We just need to save support documents and necessary changes if any

The splified version of reimbursement tool helps in quick expense reporting and tracking. It is being used within the organization for regular expense tracking

While the tool is great, currently we are only able to upload images on the app which sometimes are not clear enough. Should have option of pdf upload too

I like the ease of use for all the end-users. The product is very intuitive and easy to use for non-financial staff.

The Support library is extensive with excellent brief articles and short videos. I was glad to be able to actually view all of these support resources before purchasing the product. This was a key factor in our purchase decision. I have had very few support tickets, but when I do have a question the team immediately acknowledges the request and follows up promptly with excellent guidance. The integration with Intacct is seamless and makes the credit card reconciliation process and charge payoff process a snap. In terms of value for money, this has been one of the best investments we've made as we attempt to improve our business processes. We have been able to reduce our Accounting Team headcount from 4 to 3 by adding Nexonia and another Intacct partner that has automated our Accounts Payable function. The tight integration with Intacct also allows for the transfer of credit card receipt images into our accounting system. This has provided added value especially during our annual audit as we can now let an auditor view our expenses with read-only access instead of pulling physical audit selected invoices.

I have not encountered any major negative issues working with Nexonia from implementation through two years of active use.

I strongly recommend Emburse Nexonia for any business organization that is seeking to efficiently manage their credit card expenses in a cost effective way.

Managing and reconciling the credit card expenses of 30 cardholders was cumbersome and time-consuming.
