Updating patient paperwork OR new patient paperwork works seamlessing on the integration side of things Is there ANYTHING BETTER than NexHealth??!!
What do you like best about NexHealth?
Customer Service (Mari Juric), Ease of use of platform, additional added features, a company that cares about their customers, taking suggestions for additonal features
What do you dislike about NexHealth?
Nothing....have used several other Patient Management softwares. They are clunky and do not integrate well into our software
What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's another employee working behind the scenes. Having the ability for our patients to schedule themselves is outstanding.

Amazing customer service and Easy Onboarding Process!
What do you like best about NexHealth?
I really was impressed with my personal onboarding representative that was very attentive to our needs! I really like the software and all it streamlines for our office !
What do you dislike about NexHealth?
There were some changes done to the portal after our onboarding that made it a little confusing.
What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling the hygiene schedule and doing campaigns to communicate with our patients easier!

We love it!! Hands down the best system I've used and I've used at least 6 others
What do you like best about NexHealth?
The integrity of the company. I was not upsold or misled. I was guided to what works best for our office and I haven't looked back. Excellent Customer Service!!
What do you dislike about NexHealth?
So far I haven't run across anything. When I have an issue with something they are quick to not only help and correct the issue but they are personable and kind.
What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more like - "what haven't they helped with" I am into my role here at Falmouth Peds Dentistry 6 months and this was one of the first things I changed for our office. It illiminated the need to hire a 3rd person, it saves us so much time, the paperwork is amazing and the best part is the review system.

i love the being able to find forms and the text feature there is nothing i dont like about the nexthealth they did update the next health app and now everthing is more user friendly i love the ease of it and it is much more organized since the update

Love that it sends New Patient Forms!!!!!
What do you dislike about NexHealth?
New format is a little less intuitive!!!
What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and labor on entering and scanning New Patient paperwork. Also, we send out medical update forms via NexHealth and it saves time in the hygienist's room so they don't have to manually record those updates; it also saves us a lot of scanning.

Best patient communication tool in all aspects!
What do you like best about NexHealth?
NexHealth has helped our office significantly with online booking, patient communication and marketing campaings. We use NexHealth everyday in our office. The integration and implementation process was super easy!
What do you dislike about NexHealth?
The only downside is that their customer support could use some help.

Intuitive, user friendly ad highly beneficial to our office
What do you like best about NexHealth?
Patiets can make appoinments online any time whether the office is open or not. Reminders are sent with patients able to confirm right through that reminder. Waitlist is a great new feature as well which lets us quickly and efficiently fill those late cancellation spots
What do you dislike about NexHealth?
If an existing patient making an online appointment uses a nickname or a name even slightly different than that in the PMS, then a new patient is created, causing a bit of clutter.
What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?
More people are confirming their appointments. More people are leaving Google reviews. Waitlisted people can be contacted quickly and easily. Helps our practice be as user accessible as possible.

What do you like best about NexHealth?
A few years ago, we started looking into platforms that would help systematize our office’s communications with patients. The functions we were looking for included confirming appointments, setting up follow-up appointments, gathering patient information, and, most importantly, communicating and synchronizing with Dentrix. In order to do that, we have literally tried-out (trained & implemented) at least 7-8 different systems, conducted thorough evaluations, and concluded (even though it may seem premature) that NexHealth is the most suitable for our needs. In addition, as stated in the beginning, customer service and tech support are outstanding at NextHealth. Overall, we truly share the platform’s mission to uphold an innovative spirit.
What do you dislike about NexHealth?
Nothing so far. It gets the job done. As always, there is room for improvement and to grow in features. Hopefully new capabilities like phone integration come out soon.

Communications wih patients. Scheduling and information intake. Platform is very customizable.
