As a startup, we want to reach as many people as possible. Product visibility and is a big part of our plan to grow and Neverbounce helps tremendously with that. With the help of other softwares, we're able to verufy the integrity of the email lists we collect so easily! Our email health has been a big concern in the past, but Neverbounce helps us ensure we're reaching the right people at the right addresses. We use it pretty frequently and it was extremely easy to implement.

I have yet to have a negative experience with NeverBounce. Works as intended and gives us what we need to move forward with email campaigns.

The point system for payments is a credit system and a bit confusing. I wish they'd have a cost per record and skip the credit system altogether. I just want to know how many records I can clean.

Verify emails especially purchased lists from third party and old emails in the CRM database. Great for cleansing bad data and sales find it useful too.

Automating the email delivery in an optimal way can take some time to do. There aren't many tools to customize delivery on a schedule that makes the most sense for us.

The email templates and general design system have been extremely helpful. We can format emails to go through to more email accounts and email systems. We've been able to get more positive feedback about our emails and have boosted interactions with our email recipients.

Speed and Accuracy of the service and the price is very reasonable. Having clean email lists is essential for my business.

The inability to verify some e-mail addresses however i don't know if this a result of their service or if the e-mail addresses simply cannot be verified.
