The fact that after a period of time the screen times out!

The fact that the app times out while using the apps in there but besides that it's great.

Citrix Application Delivery Controller or NetScaler is a great product and provide multiple feature set like Load balancing, Global server or DNS level load balancing, content switching, reverse proxy, proxy and the list goes on.

Citrix ADC though is a great product, but learning this product and using all features set is difficult as these feature sets are well distributed within the ADC console. Also finding small configs might get difficult due to lack of search feature. My ask will be to make adc console a bit more simple.

Citrix ADC makes it easy for an organization to deliver application to users both internally and externally. There are so many features which makes it quite compelling to use this single product rather than multiple load balancing products

Efficiency to deploy this SaaS solution is the better thing of this product.

However, it's worth noting that every technology has its advantages and limitations, and Citrix ADC is no exception

All application are bundled in a single place, also this is quite secured as it need a specific login and controlled by IT. All application have dual authentication too.

Its interface is bit slow and take some time to login.

Its giving a common platform for all application to host private and public cloud application.

Also this is more authentic and secured environment for enterpriss.

The security issues, because the function we use requires a lot. The Gateway service and the balancer.

I like all the ADC functions, however the certificate part is a bit tricky.

Once you get it set it just continues to work as it should. There are so many different ways to get what you need so it makes it very flexible for almost any workload. The improvements keep coming and over the past few years, it has become a lot more intuitive and less convoluted. Citrix has built-in processes that take away some of the annoying added steps and places for error in older versions. I work with Citrix almost exclusively and it is the only solution even worth considering.

Some changes in the interface require some extra clicks. These are not game changers, and once you go through it a few times you realize there is a benefit to it to help avoid configuration errors. Older versions had a lot of browser compatibility issues. Those seem to be gone now. Occasionally a feature will move from one place to another, and unless you read the release notes, or get exposed to it in real time, it can catch you off guard.

The easy of integration between Citrix Storefront and Xenapp.

Changes are not auto saved, and reboots remove any unsaved changes.
