NetPresenter overtreft verwachtingen: krachtig, gebruiksvriendelijk en betrouwbaar! Vooral de nieuwe AI integratie.

Eigenlijk niets. Deze 'tool' is zo krachtig en makkelijk dat er geen 'dislikes' zijn.

Geen CTRL+c en CTRL+V

Wij gebruiken de tools van Netpresenter om met ons personeel dagdagelijks te communiceren. De narrowcastingschermen in onze kantine en op andere strategische plekken zijn ideaal om bedrijfsnieuws op een leuke manier onder de aandacht te brengen. Met de mobiele app en screensaver op onze werkplekken kunnen we heel snel informatie met iedereen delen, ongeacht of mensen op kantoor zijn of thuis werken.

Soms heeft ons design team veel creatieve ideeen die we niet in onze bestaande templates kwijt kunnen. Verder zouden we graag meer integraties willen hebben met andere tools die we gebruiken, zoals Hootsuite of surveymonkey.

We kunnen sinds we Netpresenter gebruiken veel makkelijker en sneller met al onze collega's communiceren. De nieuwsbrief of het interne magazine was niet interactief, nu kunnen we ook feedback van mensen ontvangen en zien we ook welke content het beste gelezen wordt. Ook hebben we nu maar één systeem nodig voor onze narrowcastingschermen en mobiele telefoons en pc's.

Heel gebruiksvriendelijk portaal, snel werken, goede service ook van de mensen achter de schermen.

Je kan niet verschillende berichten tegelijk selecteren om te verwijderen, verschuiven, te kopiëren, enz.

Ik heb alleen maar positieve ervaringen met Netpresenter:

- Ze zijn zeer deskundig en weten waar ze het over hebben;

- Ze denken graag mee en bieden snel oplossingen aan;

- Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en fijn om mee samen te werken.

Ook wanneer er geen 'snelle' oplossing is, staat Netpresenter voor je klaar. Er wordt tijd voor mij ingepland om projecten samen uit te werken via overleggen of brainstorm sessies. Met het uiteindelijke resultaat ben ik altijd tevreden geweest.

Er is niks aan Netpresenter waar ik niet tevreden mee ben.

Netpresenter heeft onze website gebouwd, en helpt ons op het moment op deze te optimaliseren, zoals bijvoorbeeld de toegankelijkheid van de site. Daarnaast helpt Netpresenter met het up to date houden van onze alertering systemen en narrow casting schermen.

Netpresenter has enabled OTG to communicate with all its staff in a simple but effective way. Utilising all our users laptops/PCs we can now push out important business information from cyber security information to sales force news and promotions, saving on managing email circulation lists. With everyone receiving tailored information for their channel at the same time across the business the benefits speak for themselves. An added benefit of Netpresenter to our sales force is it shows our business in the best light with a professional corporate screensaver matching the brand they represent.

Some applications are not included in the basic package (for instance synchronisation Outlook agenda)

Pictures taken with some type of smart phones are turned upside down

The problem with the upside down pictures will be resolved after update v17.5, so this would be very helpful.

When you have an issue they are very quick with the sollution

The dislikes of Netpresenter are very hard to find

We can get all our info very easy on the screens in all our shops

The site is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Messages are simple to share across our three production locations. We look to expand our usage to communicate further with our teams in new ways.

Sometimes there is a lag in messages being seen. However, the support team quickly addresses any issues we've had. And had made new features available when I had custom requests.

Using Netprester we can quickly and effectively share messages with our teams. It's been enjoyable to see how we've used this platform, and I belive it makes us feel more connected as a company.
