I love that I host and manage the service 100%. It's hosted on our servers and secured by our firewall and MSSP. Having Absolute be on hand for any issues is a big bonus.

We have been using it for about 5 years now, and I cannot think of anything I do not like about the Secure Access platform. It is very flexible and grows with us.

It allows us to ensure all incoming access to our infrastructure is secure and always available. Having one less thing to monitor 24/7 on the security side is a massive win for us.

It works for a modern tech inclined client base and evolves over time to fit out needs such as SSO.

The process of implementation can sometimes be a little uncertain.

Providing MDTs virtual network tunnels in non-stationary workstations with minor loss in speeds for much higher protection.

With the Absolute solution it help us to keep all our operation devices connected with a smooth transition from wi-fi to LTE and great policies to keep all group of devices in the same page.

I like the product so much so the only thing I'd said could be better is the Graphic interface.

It keeps the operations devices (mobile computers) connected all the time to the network, transitioning from WI-Fi to LTE in an imperceptible way for users and the LTE network we keep it as BCP option in case the wireless fails anytime.

It is always working, The only time that it is down, is when I am running updates.

It takes some time to build rules and access rights, but once you get the hang of it the possibilities are endless.

Losing connection with our RMS application while operating from mobile squad cars. Absolute keeps the application active while moving thru dead zones in our county.

It's truley a set it and forget it application. It sometimes doesn't get the attention it deserves because it's an out of sight, out of mind application. We are always so busy supporting other applications, and never have to do anything other than updates.

It would be nice is the software was system service based, so it would connect when the computer is powered on (like wifi), but a user must log in for the application to begin running. This limits IT/helpdesk support within the agency because it disconnects every time you log out or someone else logs in.

Remote connectivity and system connection holding, when mobile internet service/connectivity is spotty.

Very easy to use and when there is a problem tech support is knowledgable and quick to solve any issue.

Although my license subscription allows unlimted number of servers it will only allow you to run one server version over 30 days. This means that if you are migrating from an EOL platform like Windows 7 you can't migrate to the most current version of Absolute Secure Access despite the fact my licensing covers unlimited server installs regardless of the version running on the server. This has meant for us a two and a half year wait to get to the most current version of Absolute Secure Access while our old systems are being replaced.

Connect drops and Reconnects are a huge issue for us in sketchy connectivity ares. Absolute Secure Access makes the end user feel like they are connected all the time and they rarely notiice any drop in connectivity.

My organization has been a Netmotion/Absolute Secure Access customer for over 10 years on approximately 30-40 mobile terminals in vehicles. It's incredibly dependable and reliable. My team appreciates how easy it is to manage and configure. The best feature is it executes and connects before windows login and better emulates being "on the LAN' better than any other VPN I know of.

We haven't had any issues, so no complaints here.

We use it in a fleet of around 30 vehicles with mobile terminals. They are able to access network resources on the go without issue. Because of this, productivity has vastly improved.

Very robust and reliable VPN. The policies that you can craft set Absolute Secure Access apart from any other VPN solution I've used. It allows for complex setups and granular network traffic flow control based on a lot of variables.

There's very little to complain about with Absolute Secure Access. One feature I would like to see is network monitoring/logging on all network adapters, not just the one that is the active connection. This would be useful for split tunnel monitoring and troubleshooting without having to use other tools.

Absolute is helping protect our digital perimeter with a zero trust configuration and allowing a persistent VPN in a very mobile environment where cell signal is inconsistent.

Management aspect for all technical is super easy, access controls are 10/10. Reliability of the product is excellent. We love how deep we have been able to intergrate the product into our current systems.

My only negative is the product can be too secure at times, it can be difficult to troubleshoot some access issues. Typically machine reboots are the trick to most issues.

The biggest benefit to this platform is keeping the connection alive.. swapping from wireless to hardwire is seemless and the connection never fails.

The ease of use is astounding. The ability to set up the warehouse server and allow seamless remote connection has helped our organization immensely. Our crews out in the field are able to connect back and submit reports as if they were at a desk.

If you are not careful about how many devices you have out in the wild you can use up all of your licenses with non-active devices. When this happens you have to manually clear them.

This product is used by our EMTs and Fire Fighters to quickly and easily submit reports and patient information while on the road. It allows for instant communication and reduces the need for paper reports to all be filed at once at the end of a shift.
