Netchex simplifies payroll processing and employee management, saving time through its automation features and user-friendly interface.

One area for improvement is the occasional lag during peak usage times, which can disrupt workflow.

Netchex is helping us streamline payroll processing, employee time tracking, and benefits administration by centralizing these functions into one platform.

The staff at Netchex are always friendly and very helpful. I love that they have multiple ways to get help, from a chat line to a very extensive help section, and most of all I love that I can talk to a person on the phone when I need help walking through something. They are really good at following up on problems as well. I have been very pleased with our service. I also find the system very easy to use and they have a number of features that you can add on to fit your business needs.

Sometimes I find it teadious to find the right report that I am looking for. They have lots of options for reports but there are so many to look through especially when first starting out. Their staff did teach us how to pull just the data we were looking for so that was very helpful but they had to walk me through it.

Time and

Ease of use, the app that is available to employees is super simple to use.

It didn't always pull in the time cards for pto, but I believe that was due more to user error than the software.

Payroll and direct deposit, along with PTO.

We have been with Netchex since Nov 2021. I couldn't love them more. The set up / intergration team was wonderful. Our rep was Gabbie, she was remarkable. I am someone who asks a million and one questions, and she didn't get upset or short with me, not once. She explained everything to us. This was the first time we've ever used a system like this, so everything was all new to me. And now when I reach out to support chat, I almost always get the answers I need in a few minutes. Or they will just jump on a phone call with me to explain something. But the biggest thing I love now after being with them for years, is just how innovative they are. They are constantly adding new products or upgrading a current product. They listen to their clients and what we would like to see for the future. There are things I wish they had in Nov 2021, that they have now. Also - their reporting function is 100% custimizable. I use publisher almost daily for various things I need. Before Netchex I didn't have that. I was very limited, and had to run pdf reports and manually create excel spreadsheets.

Honestly at the moment I don't have anything negative to say about Netchex. Sometimes you can tell that a support person is new, but I just normally tell them thank you for the help and then jump on a chat with someone else or call in and I get the help I need. No biggie.

Before Netchex, we had 5 websites and employee would have to log into. And one of those was not a web based site where the employee could see their paystubs. Now, the employees first day everything is 100% online. No more paper anything. This helps so much with us growing to have more stores and having HR/ Payroll in a central location. Being able to log into Netchex as the employer and have all the documents the employee has filled on at my finger tips, is incredible. No more losing papers or forgetting to get something signed. It's all online. As an employee, it's seemless. It's great to be able to log into Netchex and be able to update my address, DD info, my taxes, etc. Before Netchex everyone had to contact me, to get the new form to fill out, and submit it manually.

The customer service! If we have any issues, there is a support representative there to help us.

Running

Netchex was very easy for me to learn and I was very new to payroll. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance someone always was there to help and the online training was also helpful.

The Scheduler module has needed some upgrade for quite some time. The mobile app also could be more helpful. If I need to call an employee I can look up phone number quickly but have to close app to call. It would be nice to click on number and call directly from mobile app

I have just recently upgraded to Net Recruiter and onboarding new hires will save me lots of valuable time.

The customization for our business needs.

Netchex is helping me with the HR role that I am in.

The tutorials have been extremely helpful in learning the system. Netchex is quite user friendly and one of the easiest systems I have learned. Netchex customer help is also and added benefit. I have been very lucky to reach knowledgeable and helpful staff at Netchex.

So far the only downside is not being able to pull a full comprehensive list for terminated and active employees together. Also after creating a grid there are certain things it won't pick up if changes have been made. Sometimes we have things that come up that have to wait until the next week because we have already created the grid for payroll.

We use Netchex for HR tasks and payroll. This keeps things in one place so that we can pay our employees and manage their deductions.
