NMM gives our MSP the ability to have level 1 techs perform tasks with very little actual knowledge of Azure.
Don't really have any dislikes, I would like to see the Intune side dev a bit faster, but all things considered Nerdio is doing well.
NMM allows us to manage complex Cloud infrastructure through its easy to manage interface.
The best thing about Nerdio is their team. The product is also great, but their team is so helpful with any guidance you need.
Depending on your status, the pricing scales and can be difficult in the beginning to incorporate especially when you don't yet fully understand how to best handle Azure pricing. Although they will help you with this, just ask them.
Makes it incredibly easy to incorporate AVD into your offering and allows you to quickly train people to manage AVD without having to have a major/deep technical understanding.
Nerdio Manager for MSPs (NMM) is a must have tool for your Azure journey. It not only simplifies quoting Azure with cost optimalization, but also improves the efficiency of Azure implementations. Nerdio continues to innovate and provides the best training in the industry. Engineers can now manage Azure Users, Groups, Servers, Host Pools, Backups and now Intune in a single pane of glass, no more switching tenants. With the latest release of Intune, we are finally able to apply global Intune policies across our clients. Nerdio’s automation, cost optimization, security, and user-friendly interface make it a compelling choice for MSPs that manage their clients’ Azure infrastructure.
Nerdio is doing everything right at the moment and hopefully Nerdio will not be ruined by an acquisition.
We originally began our Azure journey without Nerdio Manager and really struggled only relying on our Distribution partner. Nerdio made Azure much simpler to quote, implement and manage across multiple customers.
Nerdio Manager for MSP lets us focus on our clients instead of focusing on how to manage and provision the complex Azure environment. The team at Nerdio also helps us better understand what is going on behind the scenes with Azure and how to best manage our clients budget.
Since it is a middleware, trying to keep up to date with all the changes and features that Microsoft puts out can take some time. I would also like to see some recommended configuration settings on SKU's for different scenerios.
It helps us with our knowledge gap for certain Azure services, keep pricing down for the client and administrative upkeep on the environment. It also give us flexibility for management as well as budgeting.
NMM makes the job of deploying and managing AVD environments so easy and quick that it enabled us to make AVD a cornerstone of our offering. Nerdio seems to focus on turning functions that Microsoft requires scripting to operate into things sometimes as simple as a single check box, saving hours of time.
The per-user costing can certainly add up, especially if you don't take advantage of all the capabilities.
NMM provides the toolset our company needs to confidently deploy and manage AVD for our customers and ourselves with our current employee skillset. Without it we would have to spend on extensive additional training or hire new resources.
I work for an MSP that employs techs with various levels of technical knowledge. Nerdio allows us to delineate access to AVD deployments by user, limiting changes to the setup that could cause issues for a client. Deployments are quick, and Nerdio is 1 console with access to all of our client's AVD tenants.
there is nothing I dislike about Nerdio.
Nerdio makes managing AVD for multiple clients extremely easy and timely because there is only 1 console to log into for all commercial Azure tenants.I am the engineer doing our AVD deployements, too. Nerdio makes deploying and updating AVD very easy.
The fact that I can deploy AVD host pool in a fraction of the time it takes doing through the portal.
There is not a dark mode, at least one that I can find.
Efficiency, efficiency and efficiency. We can also empower our lower level techs to do higher level service by using this product.
The automation capabilities of Nerdio Manager for MSP are nothing short of remarkable. Our team has witnessed a significant reduction in manual tasks that used to consume valuable time and energy. This newfound efficiency has empowered our staff to focus on strategic initiatives, driving innovation and higher-level problem-solving for our clients. The automation not only expedites our processes but also guarantees consistency and accuracy across the board.
Nothing. Nerdio Manager for MSP is a game-changer in the world of managed service providers.
One of the standout features of Nerdio Manager for MSP is its robust resource management functionality. Scaling up or down to meet client demands has never been easier. This agility allows us to cater to varying client needs without any hiccups, ensuring that our services remain flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing landscape.
We've used the software to migrate 50+ customers to azure and we've never looked back. It's a great product, well engineered and our team can manage all our customers in one place.
Nothing, it's the best MsP software we've ever used. It's always adding features and getting better.

NMM brings repeatable efficiencies to my VDI Cloud Practice. The automations and best practices give me confidence that my deployments will be correct.
Nothing. I use it all day; every day. Like any sophisticated automations, one has to take the time to uncover what's happening. Of course, the Nerdio technical staff is very supportive and available for guidance.
Azure is an ocean of technologies. NMM allows me to focus on VDI and customer needs. This enables me to be more productive and grow my business.
