They have an autodialer feature that makes you more efficient as you don't have to manually dial.
They have AI (predictive dialing) that helps you deliver a better customer experience.
There is a steeper learning curve to properly use the tool
We have become more efficient when managing leads. We now have more time which translates in calling more leads. We've seen an increase in deals closed thanks to it.
It's saved our team a lot of time manual dialing. They have an autodialer facility which let's us free from Manual Dialling. Artificial Intelligence is best part of the application which helps us provide the best customer experience to our clients. It has also given us access to some core statistics so we can really understand where to improve our business.
Its takes time to onboard your teams but it's time well spent. There support was very active during this time.
It has basically solved our issue of how do we scale sales and service operations without scaling headcount. This is a real help for us, as a growing startup
As I am obsessed with everything around AI, I was really attracted to try NeoDove for it's AI features.
One of the features I like is the schedule lead feature that helps us connect with our users just on the right time as we have users from all around the world so this was something we were really looking for

- its multilingual interface makes this tool an ideal solution for international companies;
- you can use customisable preloaded calling scripts offered by NeoDove;
- what I like the most is an artificial intelligence that can analyze calls in real-time to improve the quality and customers' experience of them.
At the moment the tool works fine, if I find some cons, I will edit this review.

Cannot send individual whatsapp /sms without call disposition
NeoDove takes your business productivity and sales engagement few notches up, The solution has been a great help for my team. The telesales and support team is able to call up new prospects, follow up and even send quotations all through the app. The real-time analytics has really helped me know about my telecallers productivity- calling quality, time duration, hot leads and etc.
Lead management & assignment to conversion tracking - all in 1 single funnel view. The ability to generate different conversion reports is another plus.
Lacks lead enrichment integrations. Platform also needs to show Data Science based recommendations to optimise campaigns and Lead allocation/conversion funnels.
Standardising cold-calling operations under a single platform to ensure trackability on lead conversion is the key problem that NeoDove has helped in solving for our requirements.

Have been using it since a couple of years and the web portal of is pretty handson to analyze and understand the sales pipeline. It helps you have an overview of the entire sales pipline
The support service level agreements can be a little more user friendly. The auto dialer feature does. Kot work well for globally present Organizations due to local number issues. Could be great if this can be worked upon
Giving us a overall experience in term of analyzing sales pipline and the auto dialer feature analytics are a good insight to have whilst working with global teams.
Our company was using the traditional cold calling system until NeoDove was introduced to us by our tech team. All the features intergrated to one system was astonishing. It reduces time considerably with its feature of automated calling and tracking any calls and reporting is very easy. Many more featutures are available but not used it as yet.
Limited industry reach is drawback of this software. Though it provides reachs to many industries that we focus yet it we need more industries to be included in the ir services.
Real time report saved a lot of time for our outbound callers who used to struggle to send the report on time. Automated calling was clearly a boon for them. Lead conversion rate seem to increase marginally which is plus ponit for our organisation.

Neodove CRM is very reasonably priced for startups, backed by a strong player in the market, Vyapaar. I was very skeptical about going ahead with them as I had my doubts in terms of extra reports. The price per annum was too good to be true, hence took time to understand the app, as this is one of the most important applications for any organization that has a team for tele calling; their UI is very simple, and I hardly found any bugs in the system, and whenever I pointed it to the team who were behind the show, they quickly worked on the same based on their priorities. The backend engineers and developers are doing a great job many times; the sales team has helped me with technical queries. I was surprised with the product and process knowledge the team has, and I have earlier used CRM such as SalesForce, Zoho, Leadsquare etc., and so far find this app has the potential to grow as big as them and hoping they continue with their impeccable service. I have taken Neodove Accounts app, but I cannot add excel or BOQ's to the invoice, wasted my funds after procurement
