We have a large % of mobile visitors on our website and until now, we struggled to offer a good experience for those users that had to navigate through our vast selection of products with a small screen. The admin portal allows you to put together the conversations in a very user friendly way. You can upload your on pictures, videos, icons... and you can select different types of layouts for each question and answer type. You can choose between selecting a pre-made "playbook" (this is how they call conversations) or create yours from the scratch.

It would be awesome to be able to integrate and manage the product data feed directly from the admin portal. I think this is something they are planning to launch for the future. This would be a game changer!

Many of our customers have problems in their online shop with mobile users. Although most of them have responsive shops, finding a product through the filter search field with a smartphone is a very bad UX. The conversion rate for mobile users is much worse than in desktop. The best guided selling tool I used so far.

The admin panel is the perfect tool to maintain the client projects, track and optimise the performance of the conversations of our clients. The user experience is great and very intuitive.

There are some functionalities that could be added in the admin panel. Good news is that the Neocom team is constantly working on adding up new features. Great to see.

We came across Neocom by a request of one of our clients that intended to introduce a Guided Selling solution on their website. The goal was to lower the customer service interactions by offering their customers an advisor to pre-qualify the incoming calls. With Neocom we have successfully introduces a process that significantly reduced the incoming calls and more importantly increased the quality of the leads on the phone.

Overall I like the clean and dynamic UX for the web visitor as well as the useful admin dashboard.

It would be great to have this solution also with voice ui, working with home assistants

The idea was to integrate a solution to allow customers to find the best offer for their needs with few clicks, without having to contact anyone, available 24/7. With Neocom, we were able to launch super fast and the feedback from our customers was great.

Give it a try, if not sure, pick the basic tier and if you end up needing more conversations or SKUs move to the professional one, it can be cheaper.

I screened the market for a guided selling solution that allows me to quickly deploy an advisor for some of the categories we offered in our shop. The majority of solutions out there charged me too much to create the conversations. With Neocom, I was able to just pick some pre-made playbooks and edit them myself, what saved me a lot of money.

The interface has a great modern and intuitive design, very nicely done

They don’t offer plugins for some of the common shop systems yet. Though they are working on it the customer support said on the phone.

If you have a good product feed with lots of product information let them know, they might offer a discount in the set-up fee they charge

The team is super responsive when help is needed, they solved an issue I had within 1 hour

It is not available in some asian countries where we are active

I would recommend trying the product in categories with a lot of traffic first to have a good basis to decide whether it’s your solution or not

We would like to see some lead generation features such as collecting email addresses throughout the conversation to transfer leads over to retargeting and automation processes. These features are obviously in the pipeline, said the customer support.
