I have used this company for 7 years as my secure e-mail. This company makes it very easy to send confidential information. I love the fact the system lets me know when my e-mail has been opened and when the response comes back.

I can't say there is anything I dislike.

I can have confidential information sent through secure e-mail rather than people sending their personal data via fax or my business e-mail.

NeoCertified has an outlook plug-in that makes it very easy to use. In addition, they also have a web-based portal I use when I have a file too large to send through the email system. I find myself using their web portal more often than not as I send a lot of large files.

I have not experienced a single downside to using NeoCertified. They have plenty of storage room for the emails I send securly. They also retain those emails for a good length of time.

In my line of business, we have personal information that we must send over email. You cannot send the information through a normal unsecured email. The solution is to send it securly. They are a very cost-effective system to use.

Easy to install and even easier to use. Works perfectly with Outlook.

NeoCertified is easy to use and it get's through to the people that I send it to. Other product often get redirected to Span or junk files. This get's through.

The old interface, but thay just updated that and it is so much better.

The medical records that i use is very secure, but who I communicate with has to be with in my Medical Record system. NeoCertified allows me to communicate with other professionals in the communnity.

I appreciate the ease of use of NeoCertified. I send protected and confidential information to numerous outside entities and I've not had anyone complain about downloading documents or access to the program.

The NeoCertified support staff is also quick to respond if an issue arises.

I have not run into anything yet that I dislike. You have to make sure you have the amount of data available for what you are doing.

It's easy and inexpensive for the sender but it's also easy for the recipient to download the records. Confidential communications can continue using NeoCertified as well.

NeoCertified saved the office a lot of money because we switched to all electronic transmission during Covid and remote work instead of using FedEx or another direct delivery service. We intend to continue using NeoCertified for the foreseable future.

The product is well priced, works well, and support has been outstanding with quick responses.

The default storage limit for encrypted messages is low, but it seems to be increased quickly.

I would put NeoCertified Secure Email against all competitors in this space.

This is a great value encryption solution no matter what email platform is being used.
