Honestly, it took me a bit to figure out some of the more advanced features. They’re super useful once you get the hang of them, but I feel like the onboarding process could include more guidance or tutorials for those tricky bits. Also, I’ve had to wait longer than expected to get a response from customer support a couple of times.
