Easy-to-use viewer with measurement tools, comparison view, etc.

lack of imagery frequency, but for our application it's not the end of the world

Updates of the roof image are sometimes distorted.

Since the resolution of the images are high we can do a pre take off on large projects, or take off on smaller ones Easy to use, great features
What do you like best about Nearmap?
Very easy to use for drawing roofs. We use it as one of our value add tools in Sales and Marketing.
What do you dislike about Nearmap?
We had an issue where there was a geofencing due to their use of Here Maps, so our staff in the Philippines ccould not use this web app.
Recommendations to others considering Nearmap?
Very recommended, this is one of the easiest software for its class

We use it to do pre estimating on roofs.

What do you like best about Nearmap?
Nearmap's connectivity to any application that recognizes georeferenced data.
What do you dislike about Nearmap?
Tools for defining export areas are unconventional and could be improved. It would be helpful to be able to save the defined area for exporting, or reusing.
What problems is Nearmap solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nearmap has given me the ability to generate textured 3D toposurfaces with greater accuracy and higher resolution than possible with any other process.

What do you like best about Nearmap?
I can find what I am looking for without issues with outdated aerial images or that they are too old.
What do you dislike about Nearmap?
The pricing could be reviewed or a different type of subscription for those who only need to use this tool every so often.
What problems is Nearmap solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need up-to-date aerial images for work, which completely solves this issue.
