Overall, I enjoy how user friendly NCR Silver can be. The snapshot of sales statistics on the dash board is a great feature/first impression. My employees have never had problems using any POS terminals. There are also some convenient features to streamline management processes.

The only downside I can think of is the limitation of characters for programming the sales buttons for the POS terminals.

NCR Silver has made management easier than other places of work with different POS systems. The dashboard is easy to check from the office computer or any terminal in the store. There are also convenient features that help speed up some processes, such as being able to view a transaction without printing or sending a copy of the transaction directly from NCR Silver rather than downloading and then opening up your own email account to send it to a customer.

I basically like everything on this app. It would be better if it was available on Android too..

I can accept payments , keep track of inventory and speak with customers through email

NCR Silver offers one of the best point-of-sale services with only one app installent on a tablet, the interface is quite simple, including inventory capacity.

It does not have its own payment process solution, which makes you have to look for another solution.

Highly recommended, it is easy to set up and you will save time.

Having NCR Silver you don't need so many spaces for those payments machines, with only the tablet will suffice.

How simple and easy to navigate the program is both on the actual POS and when accessing daily reports.

On actual POS updates seem to cause a bit of a slow down in the program, but it eventually fixes itself.

Easier to train new hires since everything is so straight forward and the ability to access reporting (that is usually updated fairly quick) throughout the day.

I like the user interface and the fact that you can have favorites. And how simple it is to clock in and out and log in. I enjoy the option to print or email receipts.

I dislike how sometimes navigation can be tricky to find certain items. I also wish you could ring in a payment plan with out taxes because they are already included in that number.

It's one nice way to makes sales efficiently

We are solving the solution to having a bulky POS and something that more asthetic that still gets the job done.
