From an end-user experience it's very seamless and consoliates all information I need to know about my benefits, employment, salary, documents, PTO, birthdays, etc. ALL in one place! Previous companies had at least 3-5 different systems to do this and it would get confusing and frustrating.

The only downside is they don't have an org chart feature. This would be really helpful to have in a "all things People/HR" system.

It consolidates information in one place for all things people/HR related. It's extremely user-friendly and easy to log-in and integrate with current systems.

Namely is really easy to use. It's very intuitive and the learning curve to get onboarded is quick. I also love that it integrates with a lot of other HR platforms for ease of use.

There's not really much to dislike, I don't have any recommendations at this time.

We use Namely as our primary HRIS. We use it for onboarding new teammates, benefits enrollment, and time off management. It's great to have everything we need all in one place!

For the end user, I love the clean, familiar look and feel of Namely. For the administrative side, I love the customizable access that can be quickly and easily set up for a variety of access needs.

I have been a little frustrated with the integration of the Namely Time module and the Namely HRIS. Our company has both hourly and salaried employees and balancing the time/PTO/holiday setup for both groups has been a little more challenging than my overall experience with the HRIS.

Overall, the Onboarding flow for new employees is exponentially better/easier/more complete than the system we were previously using. The "Checklists" function is improving our consistency with repetitive processes (promotions, terminations, salary changes).

Super intuitive and easy to use! Great feed, reads like social media!

Set up can take some time but it does so much!

I like how efficient it is to go in and look at your paycheck or benefits. You can submit time off requests as well.

The wide variety of payroll reports is really helpful. there are literally dozens to pick from.

The wide variety of payroll reports is also really hard to navigate. If there is a way to mark reports as a favorite I haven't found it.

Namely processes our payroll quickly and securly. It also files our 941 and processes our w2s.

Namely has a smooth employee onboarding process. It helps to stay compliant with rules and regulations.

This payroll system has a fast and efficient support team.

Sometimes you must complete too many steps and submit many documents to make a change. For example, to change a company name in the system, we were asked to request and provide a letter from the IRS. The tax return with a new name was not sufficient for some reason.

Namely handles tax notices perfectly, so we never worry that something will fall between the cracks.

Namely is so user friendly for both administrator and employees alike!

I wish there was a hands on paper user guide.

A better calendar functionality would be helpful.
