I like that allows me to integrate so much data and act on it inmediatly.. my home page and my clients were fully satisfied and my research was on point

We used it as a way to manage our employees and social media accounts, it was great as it got the job done but soon realized that the costs were too high for what it offered.

I think every company should have free WiFi as it makes a very intimate relationship with a customer and they can spend more time and the more time they spend in our shop it gives us the opportunity to serve them better and earn more money.

There has to be a better feedback system as and when there is a problem which occurs and the solution to be given has to take less time. Once we occurred an error where customers could not access wifi and it was very slow and the error took allot of problem to solve. I also think that there has to be more social outreach for it as it will really help the potential customer to know how to really employ this method and how it will help them in the long run

We have a feedback system in our free WiFi access which asks customers to give recommendations and that's how we have benefitted by changing many things according to customer preferences. I feel since we have used this service we have a bigger customer basis especially for our Barista service and people really like to spend time in our shop.

i highly recommend it as a wifi solution as its innovative, highly functional and in general provides great guest wifi access without having to provide guests access to the main corporate network. it is for those reasons that i will recommend it to others.

Sometime it freezes my computer. I have to restart it each time and it slows down my work during the day. Wish it didn't do that.

the feedback system isn't as great as it could be but it is great for what it needs to be used for, have had an error once but it was easily solved
