"nice"

What do you like best about SurveyLab?

We have been using it to circulate employee forms, questioniare and tests for the newly joined to have an understanding about the product.

Easy and clear understanding and easy to fill.

Doesn't really feel like the software is complex to understand

Nothing as such everything is going good as of now.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major problem is the diverse needs in every organisation and this solves the purpose of putting it all up together

What do you like best about SurveyLab?

The efficiency. This provides a real-time feedback and reports w/c I really need most with my work.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

Sometimes, the page just keeps on loading. But, it may have been my internet problem.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't have to interview a person face-to-face just to get surveys. I can just them a link/form and my job is done.

What do you like best about SurveyLab?

It is the most convenient way to run satisfaction surveys. Also their reports are reveled on real time basics which makes thing very easy. Very helpful and user-friendly tool.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

All good on this tool no feedbacks for this application as everything is up to the mamark and no changes required. I doubt if any other changes are required. Thanks.

What do you like best about SurveyLab?

The ability to collect quick and sometimes continuous feedback from a more comprehensive team is why SurveyLab has been adopted in my orgsnisation. This tool makes the act of collecting surveys efficient.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

There is nothing much to dislike about this tool. The only thing I wish SurveyLab had integrations with other third-party software tools.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurveyLab provides feedback collection templates which are designed for effective engagement by employees within the organisation. This is accessible on desktop/laptop as well as on mobile. This ability for survey templates to adjust automatically on different device types allows for the best engagement experience for the target audience.

"All Inclusive Survey Platform"

What do you like best about SurveyLab?

I loved that the survey platform has such good cross-examination data mining tools. I really allowed you to dive into the data to mine out what was really important.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

There aren't really any aspects of the platform that I disliked. It seemed to be able to deliver on my needs every single time I used it for information gathering.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurveyLab is bridging the gap from big data to data interpretation. The reporting tools in this platform are phenomenal. It's such a great tool to use regardless of industry.

What do you like best about SurveyLab?

Survey lab is a fantastic tool for creating and scripting surveys. It has a full library of templates and is very easy and intuitive in use. The whole process is quick and effective.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

I've only been using the survey for a limited time but so far so good no cons.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been trying to find a good quick solution for some time and have not been able to. This work so well for me. The interface is very user friendly and accommodates my needs

Upfront, complete and is easy to use

PROS: A convenient and flawless survey tool. Gives me no hassles when used, especially that it carries all options I need.

Easy to use and helpful software

PROS: I like that MySurveyLab has open-ended questions with different fields. It helps us manage users and multiply researches easily. The help support is also responsive whenever I encounter issues, or I need extra help.

CONS: There’s nothing I don’t like about MySurveyLab. Everything is there already!

Valuable survey tool that fits my needs

PROS: SurveyLab features a huge arsenal of survey tools that I’ve used for some of my projects, and it has packed all of them into a simple and user friendly interface. It has handled all of my tedious data and survey projects way back in business school, especially that I have used its premium features. Everything is really worth paying for!

CONS: It only needs additional useful options for reporting. Other than that, it works just perfect that I cannot think of any bad thing about the tool.
