We are a small firm and we needed a learning tool we could give to clients that didn't take too much design or software building cost.
My advisors, Megan Palmer and Billy Mike were supremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They are the secret weapon to collaborating on a successful course.

The platform is engaging, easy to construct as a provider, as well as easy to use as a learner. The ability to divide the learning into levels that need to be unlocked makes it more fun and the idea of completing missions gives you smaller milestones of accomplishment
It would be great to be able to further customize the platform whereby learners get feedback on their responses, whether or not they got something wrong and even possibly having to complete a questionnare (timed)
While e-learning has always been important, the pandemic made it even more relevant. We used myQuest to convert our programs to micro-learning that allowed our clients to continue receiving valuable learning in an easy-to-use and deploy solution.
We have had trememdous success using MyQuest. The platform is easy to use and it has enhanced our offerings to our clients.
And the customer service is exceptional!

It is fun, user-friendly and constantly evolving. It's functionality make it very interactive and an engaging platform.
As an admin, it does require a thorough onboarding session to get comfortable

It provides a on-line learning platform that we use in-between virtual classes for a 6-week course. This allows learners to practice and apply material between classes. MyQuest support is super responsive - like within an hour if I need assistance. The training was great and they provide regular information for our business to get more value out of the platform. Building classes is very easy, no special IT/code skills required. Lots of ways to link to external content - more that we would ever use.
If a user (learner) locks thier account because they attempted their password too many times - I cannot unlock it myself. I have to contact support, but they are very quick to respond so it hasn't been an issue.
When doing workshops in person (before COVID) learners would retain about 20% of the content and only implement 1-2 actions. This platform allows us to create work between virtual sessions to verify they have retained key information and to implement actions and then come to the next virtual class where all participants share how they implemented it. Our clients are getting a ton more value out of the training and it costs them less becuase there isn't any travel and they don't have to take the employee out of thier role for 3 days. I honestly don't think our business would have survived COVID without it. Our clients are getting so much more value we have seen about a 300% increase in business with our target customers YOY and a lot of referrals.
The complete eco-system that it provides - it was truly created for the application of knowledge.

Provides a complete eco-system, not only for knowledge acquisition, but onto performance and behavioral transformation. This would be true for not only individual learners, but for the organization itself. The process provides for a continuous improvement cycle that builds upon itself. Whether you're looking to train for the first time, refresh, coach, change or form habits or support performance in the flow of work; this system will support you every step of the way.
I am getting the help I need the way I need it. I have been "working" on this project for several years, but haven't gotten very far. Once I met Megan, we started meeting once a month. I still procrastinated and didn't meet my deliverables. We decided to meet once a week and work on the course together during that hour. Now things are really moving.
I'm not finding anything I dislike so far. I'm in the process of creating the class on the platform and am happy with the experience.
Giving me ideas, suggestions and a platform to take an in-person semester-long course and put it on-line. I am finally moving this project forward with a view to completion.
The myQuest application is amazing! It's easy to use, has tons of functionality that no other application offers and it encourages consistent interaction.
I wish that the billing allowed for multiple companies under the same account.

I like that my participants can access the content on their own time at their speed. It's a great complement to the live sessions.
